The project turned out to be more complicated than we knew because some of the underlying structure was damaged. Lyness improvised using some spare wood we had and fixed the issue at the foundation. I enjoyed working with Lyness. He is intelligent and hard working. I would certainly use him again if the need arises. Services Rendered: Side garage door was rotted at the bottom. Lyness purchased a new door trimming kit and removed the rotten part of door and frame. He replaced it.

He was very professional, kept me informed of the cost and the progress of the work. He removed all debris from the work. Services Rendered: Replaced front & garage doors with sold core doors. Installed new deadbolts. Removed old metal bath shower doors and frame. Remove old adhesive caulk from around tub and re-caulk. Trace circuits and install ground fault circuits.
