Scheduled my appointment online. Tech came out, determined the issue and even performed a maintenance on my garage door without me asking. He was personable and helpful. Service was 5-stars. Gave 4 stars because there was no communication to confirm my appointment so I wasn’t even sure they were coming until I called them and confirmed the morning of my appointment.

Greg was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing my old garage door opener. It was so old that after 2 repairs it finally gave up the ghost. He was also very kind and efficient in installing the new one and answered all my questions.

From the call to set the appointment up to the service call itself and the technician, the service was excellent, and it was affordable. Our spring on the garage door snapped late on Friday afternoon. We were given the option of having the tech out immediately for an emergency call or waiting until Monday for service at regular rates during regular business hours. The tech called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived within the time wiindow and was able to take care of the spring in about an hour.

UPDATE: one day after the post below, a Customer Service Rep contacted me. He was very courteous and professional. After a few minutes discussing the scenario he proposed a plan which was appropriate and agreeable. the very next day my garage door was serviced. Thank you. You regained my respect for Overhead Door Company. [ORIGINAL POST: The garage insulated door seems good. The company integrity and service leaves much to be desired. The free 1st year service check was delayed due to COVID. Once they were opened back up I contacted them and was refused the maintenance because it was 2 weeks past the 1 year mark (even though I had been told on a previous call that they would honor it). There were a couple mounting errors and adjustments needing to be dealt with. When I later tried to utilize a special pricing, they were going to tack on $100 because I’m in Durango, even though there was not statement of price increase outside the Farmington area (and they do much work in the Durango area so they can do multiple homes in the area with one trip to Durango). So I’m not impressed at all with their customer care & service. I would not buy from them again.]

Had a bit of an emergency on a snowy day. Broken spring on the garage door. The technicians got here in a timely manner, exactly when they said they would, even thought they had to drive 45 miles. They did a little problem solving and fixed the door quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Scheduling a time for arrival was not very convenient even though it states 24 hours service on their website which is the only reason for the lost star but once the technician arrived it was nothing but great! He arrived precisely on time and was pleasant and professional! He spent a lot of time on what turned out to be a very difficult spring change and made sure the garage door worked perfectly before he left. I was very appreciative of his work and his pleasant professionalism and would use this company again if needed.

We moved into a new house with 3 garage doors and there was problems with one and none of the remotes worked nor the outdoor panels. Greg came at the time they said he would be here and called before he left town. He fixed everything and even put new batteries in one panel. He was quick, thorough and pleasant to be around. Took him less than an hour to fix everything! Definitely recommend these guys!

Called them at 8:30 AM and arranged for a technician to come out between 2 and 6 PM the same day. He arrived on time and completed the repair in less than an hour. He also adjusted the chain on the opener. This is how all service calls should go!! Services Rendered: broken garage door spring
