Google5It's a good feeling to get great service. The installer, Curtis, who came out to our home did an excellent job putting up our new garage door operator. He was very courteous, friendly and professional during then installation. Thank you for your help in trying to clarify the mix up at Lowe's and your prompt arrival thereafter. Great service. Would recommend to others !

Google5I called them in the morning and they were able to come out in a few hours. The tech Tom was very friendly and by the time he left felt like and old friend. From the first call with the owner to paying the invoice they were extremely friendly and personable. Tom the tech first thing thanked me for my military service, which i appreciated. It was just a great experience and job was very neat he even adjusted the door to make sure it worked in a "Smooth" manner. I would highly, highly recommend!!!

Google5If you are stuck with a broken garage door, and one that won't even close all the way, I highly recommend giving this company a call. First, the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and very accomodating after I told her my situation. After she called the tech, she called back and assured me that they would squeeze me into their schedule that same day. Even though it was well into the evening, our tech Curtis came through and had my garage door working better than it did before it was broken. He thoroughly explained the problem, completed the work quickly and even gave me some tips for future maintenance. Overall his service was top notch and just a good guy to chat with. And to top it all off the price was more than reasonable. I can see why they have such high ratings. Really a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Glad I found them and I'll be sure to spread the word. Thank you again, you guys really came through when it counted!

Google3A little put off by their service. I had them come out to service my garage door. Once they visited they determined the door needed reinforcement and recommended I replace the rollers. I agreed and they completed the work in a pretty much timely manner (Around $350). A few weeks later my garage door would not respond to the remote so I called them again to come out and check it out. They did and they determined that my sensors were dirty and covered by cobwebs and they cleaned them and fixed the issue. What bothers me is they charged me for another service call ($89) to do this. In my opinion, they should have accomplished a complete preventive maintenance on their first visit and I feel they could have prevented the follow-on visit by doing what they should have on the first visit. Just saying...

Google5Woke up to a busted spring on a Saturday. Called TNT and Terry was at my house in less than 90 minutes. He was extremely thorough with the estimate and educated me on several maintenance tasks I can do myself to extend the life of my garage door. Terry's work was excellent and very well priced in my opinion. I would recommend TNT to anyone in need of repairs. Thank you for a job well done.

Google5Amazing service, they came quickly and provided emergency service getting got my car out of my garage give me a honest estimate of the work that needed to be done. I made an appointment to fix the garage door they came out the next day and completed the job in about a hour. He was very informative and let me know what was happening the entire time. My garage door is working great the improvement is extremely noticeable. I definitely will be using him when I replace my garage door.

Google5This was my first time using TNT and I'm very satisfied! I called today and they came out today. Terry is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything he was doing. He really educated me on garage doors and showed me what caused each problem with the door. Unfortunately he had to fix another company's mistake. He has a great spirit and I was very comfortable with him. The office staff is friendly and courteous. They even told me things to try before they booked me and that was truly a first for me! I definitely recommend this company they were a pleasure to do business with. Thanks TNT!

Yelp1Installation was sorry and that's saying it nicely... My garage doors weren't installed level and overspray on rainy days leaked on the sides and the bottom. They tried to tell me I was because of uneven concrete and framing plus all the lies from every person of the compan. Would not recommend them to nobod!

Yelp5Found them on Home Advisor. Put in the project at 5AM. By 7AM I was contacted by the company and told they could have someone out by 10AM. I said "yes:. Gina- on the front desk contacted me with the work info. Jimmy showed up right on time and looked at the problem. The main spring has snapped, fouling the cables. The VERY old rollers did not help the situation by rolling up the fouled cables. He gave me a free estimate within 10 minutes. It was very reasonable. It is now 11:10 the same morning. Jimmy just rolled away and I have a working Garage with a better spring, cable and rollers than it had when it was new...over 25 years ago! These guys know what they are about. I plan on calling them for other work around my house in the future.
