Google5Derrick came out today to service a broken spring, and found the builder had made many mistakes. He fixed the spring and made all the adjustments to make our door work a lot smoother. We really appreciate the timeliness, professionalism and courtesy of Derrick and North American Overhead Doors!

Google5Not only the best pricing, but great work and customer service. They were not pushy about what we "had" to have like other places I received bids from as a means to increase the price , explained everything thoroughly, flexible with us, kept the scheduled date, and were promptly on time for install. Quality did not suffer for the budget we kept and the doors came out beautiful and quiet ( even using a chain drive). I'd recommend them 200%

Google2The guys that did my work were very nice and did good work. But they left a mess and broke a fountain that the owner did not want to replace so his insurance paid for it. And the price was higher then they had originally said.

Google5We definitely and highly recommend! Not only were the staff at North American Overhead Door helpful but they were professional as well. Bill, who installed our garage door was very kind, amazing and did a great job on our new garage door. The old door was in such horrible shape and he took it with him afterwards which saved us from having to figure out a way to dispose of the old one. Our new door looks so beautiful and the design matched that of our neighbor's garage door. It was such an easy process with NAOD. We just told them what we wanted and they delivered! We are so happy!
