Excellent. Arrived about an hour after the call. Replaced the springs and a broken hinge along with adjusting the door so the segments were all aligned all the while providing a wonderful commentary on the history of the Lake Orion/Clarkston area. I had a very good experience. They were good. They came here on a Sunday to fix my door and they didn't charge me anything extra. They were awesome. They did a great job. They did what they were supposed to do. I had no issues. They made me feel very comfortable. They were great. No questions at all about when they replaced the pane on the bottom of my garage door a year before. Services Rendered: They had to come one time to fix one of the wheel bearings that was broken.

Perhaps the most pleasant experience to date dealing with contractors and service people. Note: I am 69 years old and considered a curmudgeon. Randy is personable, obviously honest as the day is long, and hard working. Besides, he knows his s***. Sort of like American work ethic personified. When dealing with him don't expect a bunch of BS because he doesn't operate that way. But he doesn't charge enough. I am a very happy camper. Services Rendered: Diagnosed problem with opener, recommended replacement, adjusted springs on malfunctioning door, removed old opener, installed new opener. On adjacent door advised to NOT replace opener, made normal wear-and-tear related adjustments. On both doors inspected weather seals on exterior and on one door drilled out bracket bolts and replaced after adjusting tracks to better seal with exterior weather strip.
