The spring broke on my garage door so I contacted my usual guy to fix it but he never responded. So I started looking around and found Gaddy's. When I arrived home from work he was here working on my garage door. I found it odd that he was using my ladder to replace the spring. Who owns a garage door repair company but has no ladders on their truck? The next morning I leave for work the door is broken again. We call him explain what's going on and he said he came to replace only the spring but he would come back and fix the problem. He never showed! So we paid $375 CASH for the spring to be replaced ONLY. So he got paid and left me with a broken garage door. I do not recommend this company.
