I have used Stalvey at least twice to repair problems of my own creation. They are super prompt, they are courteous, they know their business and they are fair. Not sure you could ask for anything else!! Everyone I know recommends Stalvey.

I bought a double garage door, motor, and remotes from Stalvey door in December. In July, I noticed the cables had unwound and the door stopped opening and shutting. I contacted Stalvey door and he said the spring was installed backwards. I sent this information to B&B Construction because they installed the door. He said he wasn't touching it again. So I contacted Gary with Stalvey again and he agreed to fix it at no charge. Three weeks later he still had not fixed it. Then he stopped responding to my to my texts. I would not recommend either of the companies I mentioned. They do not stand behind their product or their work and I ended up having to pay someone else to fix it.
