Google5We purchased many doors and windows from ID&W over the years, and are very happy with the customer service and product support that this company provides. Layne and Ty always respond quickly to any questions and requests, and the products are of high quality.

Google1Very poor service, minimal communication and sub standard product. When I questioned the product quality I was called abusive names. I'm surprised that this type of service exists here in Key West.

Google1Ordered Marvin windows from this dealer in November of 2021 for an entire house build. Today Dec.5 2022 we are still waiting for delivery of about 30-40% of the windows. Over a year for a nationally know window company. Disgraceful. Hope lighting a fir will work.

Google1Incredibly disappointing experience with this firm. Ordered Windows in July with an estimated delivery date of September. We fully understood there would be an extended timeline. We reached out on September 15, the expressed due date, and was told by Rachael, they would notify us when our windows were in stock. On Nov 30 a call was placed to us by Ty, stating our windows had been in stock for two months and in their way. They had our phone number and email, we had no messages from them sharing the arrival had occurred. The window was paid for in full at time of purchase. A Delivery was scheduled with Ty for the following morning. Ty was 30 minutes late,, he was loud, aggressive and threatening, and his behavior was observed not only by myself but also by other neighbors. This was an alarming experience. Ty was belligerent, loud and unprofessional. I do not recommend them as a source for windows or doors.

Google1I ordered an exterior door from Island Doors & Windows that cost close to $1K, had my contractor install it for another $1K, and a few months later, the door's surface started bubbling up. I left a few messages and emails to see if we could figure out why it was looking so badly after just a few months, but never got a call back. When I finally tracked down the owner and sent him the photos below, he admitted that the door I received was not the correct one and was an interior door instead of an exterior, weather-resistant door. But he refused to provide another door or give me a refund. So, I'm left with this super expensive door that looks like it's about 20 years old. Their motto is "Better Prices, Better Products, Better Service," but maybe it should be something else. They clearly don't care about their customers or their reputation.
