Google5Was able to schedule a service call quickly and effortlessly. Austin arrived on time with a confirmation call just before appointment. Was able to replace a bad roller and get everything lubricated and tightened up. The garage door is sooo quiet again. Austin returned a few days later to install outside keypad, again great service. Would recommend Axis/Austin for your garage door needs(also does installs).

Google5These guys are the best! So easy to work with. So willing to work with you as a customer. Right before we moved into our house one of the springs on our garage door snapped. Axis came out and fixed it. The spring just snapped again and Dustin and Connie got us fixed and taken care of in just a matter of time. As a property manager in the area I am confident to have them work on any of the houses we represent and will be happy to recommend them to anyone I can!

Google5Dustin responded to my request for a quote within minutes, on a Sunday afternoon. He was at my house before 9:00am the following morning and completed replacing my garage door spring in about an hour. He also checked and lubricated all of my rollers, hinges, and springs to ensure everything was in good working order. Dustin was great and I recommend him for anyone needing their garage doors or openers serviced or replaced.

Google5I can't say enough good things about this company. After a bad experience with a competitor who said our door could be repaired; $1000 and one month later it literally fell apart. My daughter recommended Dustin (owner) after he replaced her garage doors and now I will to anyone who asks. To say everyone in this company went above and beyond is a bit of an understatement. From initial visit, to design help, to installation - stellar service. They installed new everything for the door. Came in well below replacement estimate from the company that 'fixed' the first one. Left everything spotless, even took away all the old hardware and door. We are so happy. Thank you Dustin, Connie, Cody, we appreciate you so much!

Google5Dustin and Connie are wonderful to work with. We worked with Axis to fix a broken garage door and purchased and installed a new one. Dustin was helpful, going out of his way to fix a garage door the day he was only supposed to provide us with a quote for a new door. Connie was helpful in working up several quotes with various configurations. Support this local business. They won't disappoint.
