Google1I paid them half up front to replace a garage door panel. After waiting 2 months and listening to endless excuses I asked for a refund of my money. Suddenly they came up with a panel which they had been telling me they could not get. What a surprise..... I paid them the rest of the money I owed them. Meanwhile I told my bank to release the original payment from my credit card and they did. Their payment company did not release it for another 2 months. They kept trying to get me to pay them again even though I had paid, and even sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing I had paid. They literally threatened to come over and take the panel off my garage door. They also made other threats to call the police. They were rude and unprofessional. Avoid them if you can.

Google5Josh provided excellent customer service. He called when in route and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Josh offered a couple of special promotions the Company is offering, but was not pushy at all. Josh displayed a lot of knowledge about garage doors and I will definitely call A1 in the future.

Google5Long story short our Retention spring broke while we were away and when we got home we were not able to open the garage. I called another company first and spoke with the representative who did not seem competent in the products and tried to get in the door with a price that sounded way to good to be true. So I called A1 and was scheduled an appointment with Taylor. Taylor came out to my house, Which was built in 87' and was able to tell off the bat that I had some more issues than just springs with my old door. We spoke about options and settled on fixing my current door and looking at a new door down the road since it was not financially possible at this point. With that in mind Taylor did not spend the rest of the time trying to upsell me on extra stuff and gave me straight answers and concerns of my current door. To Taylor's credit my door needed new cables, bearings, rollers, on top of the springs. Before any work started he laid out the cost and the expectations of work. In the end Taylor was able to make my old wood door work and I agreed to the lifetime springs and the "Worry Free Club" for $9/month. With this if anything goes wrong with my door in the future all I have to do is call A1 and they will fix it Parts and Labor covered. Taylor was truly amazing and courteous that I had to take a picture with him when the work was done. No I am not saying the service was easy on the wallet but it was worth every penny to keep my wife happy and the garage functioning and safe!! I would recommend A1 service and specifically Taylor to anyone that has any garage door needs!!!

Google5First time using A1 and it will not be the last. Taylor did a great job replacing the various parts on both garage doors. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a good guy. He worked the entire time he was here and was very neat and tidy. He had all parts on hand.
