Google5I have been using Tri City Garage Door services for years on multiple dwellings. Stuff from repairing to replacing garage door. I have always been very satisfied with their work and found that interacting with their technicians and broadly with the Company is pleasant and easy. Last service call was for a 2 car garage door that went off its rails on one of the coldest day of the last years. I called in the morning, Noa showed up as promised at 3pm. He was quick at diagnosing and fixing the door. Great job Noah!

Google5Garage door spring broke late Friday night. Called them Monday morning at 8 and it was fixed by 9:30am that same day! Noah was courteous and professional. He did a great job. After the replacement the garage door was making a hideous squeak. Noah came out and took care of it. Great service! Thanks so much!

Google5Came home from work and I heard a snap and I couldn't open my garage. So I called Tri City Garage door and he was able to come out in less than 30 mins. He got here and was done within 35 min or so. He was quick, very nice and the price was reasonable. I would definitely call them in the future and recommend them as well.

Google5I appreciated the initial advice I was given in how to potentially fix our garage door problem on our own to avoid paying a service fee. However, when I needed them to come, there was punctual and efficient installation of the new opener. When I asked my questions they were clearly answered by the polite young man doing the work. We are most pleased by our experience, and recommend this business to others.

Google5Pure pleasure working with the team! They not only provided me best value (product/price) offer but kept the word and installed all very well, including my very picky needs. Doors installation was a little bit custom and they took on a challenge and I very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend. Also, need to say that communication and responsiveness of the team before, during and after installation was same… very high and beyond my expectations. Full deserved 5 starts!

Google5Randy expertly scheduled me a technician’s visit in under 20 hrs, carefully recorded our address & cell and clearly explained their next steps. The tech showed up early in our expected window, called and texted when I missed his call, and even stuck around a bit for my response. Caleb was most gracious, courteous, and ingenious - despite looking so young - but super efficient fixing our garage door. He offered me 2-3 repair options to choose from, gave me $ amount on-the-spot, then went to work on my selection. After only 30 min (maybe) he knocked on our door to report completion and we inspected it together ensuring my satisfaction. Lastly, I was very pleased to pay on the spot by credit card through his phone and emailed a receipt. Solid work AND great service, both for a fair price: made a longtime customer out of us!

Google5Torsion spring broke and my car was trapped! I called a number of different garage door repair companies, even the company I used for my last repair. Most calls were either not answered, or were routed to a person in a call center. The quotes provided by these companies were high, and a couple were up selling. I’m in sales so I knew what they were doing, while they were doing it. It was clear they just wanted to sell their “Repair Packages”, when all I wanted was to have my garage door fixed. My last call was to Tri-City Garage Doors and the call was immediately answered by a person who quoted me a fair price with no hidden charges, added tax, up selling, etc. My appointment was scheduled within two hours and the repair person not only arrived 30 minutes early, but had the door repair completed before the original appointment time! The repair person was knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was skilled and thorough too! I totally recommend Tri-City Garage Doors! Call them and see for yourself, you’ll be extremely satisfied.

Yelp5My garage door spring broke and I've been without a garage for a few weeks. I asked around and everyone in my neighborhood suggested I call Five Star Garage. Wellington came out the same day! He was efficient and polite. Within 20 minutes I had a working garage door. He examine the entire door, made some suggestions and tweaked a few things free of charge. I would highly recommend his services. His price was exactly what I had anticipated but his customer service went above and beyond!

Yelp5Martin, with FiveStar Garage Doors, did a great job installing my new garage door opener. He was prompt with his appointments, courteous, and professional. He got the job done in a little over an hour and gave me full instructions on programming the code and we tested everything before he left. His prices are very reasonable as well. I found him through my Nextdoor App, as he lives in my neighborhood in South Austin, but he works all over the city! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door work done!
