Google5Precision came quickly after I contacted them. Devon called to let me know what time he would arrive. The work was completed the same day! The garage door works better than ever. Also love the new garage door opener. Devon was very kind and patient and explained everything thoroughly. I would use precision again!

Google5We had a very good experience overall. We worked with Colton to identify the type of doors and openers we wanted. He was really helpful, very easy to communicate with and he did a great job organizing the details of our installation. Isaac installed the doors. I am no expert but the work seems excellent and Isaac was incredibly nice. Very pleased, indeed!

Google5If you’re looking for prompt, reasonable, and exceptional garage door service, you’ve come to the right place with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I’m no stranger to faulty garage door behavior and several companies that have ultimately failed to make the necessary corrections. I called Precision yesterday morning and was told that a technician could get to me between 12:00 and 2:00 to access my problems. An hour later the technician called to ask if he could come a bit earlier! In 20 minutes Devon Decker pinpointed several key problems and explained each in a most articulate and easy-to-understand manner before submitting to me several alternatives for eliminating my woes. Upon my deciding which route to take, he got to work single-handedly installing two new state-of-the-art door openers, all programmed to my specifications. By 3:00 pm I had at last two perfectly operational garage doors with great warranty terms and Devon’s phone number should I have any questions or concerns in the future—all for a reasonable price. I now realize how much time and money I have been wasting over the years with garage door service technicians scratching their heads and offering what-might-work solutions. Who can argue with prompt and highly competent technicians who get it right the first time? A huge shout-out to Devon and all the Precision staff who effectively turn woes into wows! Google5Drew was our salesman and he's a really knowledgeable, honest and relatable young man. He was extremely helpful in picking out our garage door and also knew the ins and outs of installation which really helped in our particular case (he also came up to help with the install). Isaac installed our door and was an equally knowledgeable and polite young man! We have nothing but praise for Precision Garage Door and would HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your needs!

Google5Online scheduling was easy, able to get same day service and a new system was installed within a couple hours. Our technician, Devon was very straightforward on issues he had found and worked with me to get a price that was within my budget. I will definitely recommend Precision for any work that’s needed with garage doors. Great job!

Google5Precision installed a new garage door for me on September 24, 2025. Techs Noah and Isaac were assigned to do the work. I don't normally leave reviews however the work performed by both Noah and Isaac warrants a five star review. Both were professional yet, engaging, explaining each step of the process while open to all questions responding with "non-technical " explanations, answers one could understand. Highly recommend Precision, Noah and Isaac, for fantastic job well done.

Google5After getting three different estimates for the garage door installation, I'm so happy I chose to move forward with Precision. Drew was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable at the estimate. Then, my door was ready to be installed 2 weeks earlier than predicted! Isaac did an incredible job! He was punctual, efficient, personable, and truly an expert at what he does. Precision is lucky to have such an incredible team. Thank you so much!

Yelp5Loved the fact that they could be here same-day, since my car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring. Nick was friendly but extremely professional and got it fixed quickly. The service fee was waived and the total was about what I had expected, maybe even a little less. Planning to work with them on replacing the whole door in the near future.

I was caught off guard after I was told that if I didn't have work installed the day of the quote, I would be charged a $65 service fee. Price for two springs replaced was ~$500 which was about $200 more than the area average. Overall, the technician did a good job, but pinning a customer down with the $65 "service fee" and overpriced work was quite the surprise.
