Google4After getting the run around or no responses from other companies, I reached out to Overhead Doors. Nicole got back to me in a timely manner on setting up a time to come and look at my garage. I appreciated the honest opinion on what to do with my garage door to get it back up and running. Parts took a few days or order, and they came out as soon as they could. I experienced nothing but professional service, their customer service Was fantastic, The guys who installed my garage door were quick professional very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, I would highly recommend overhead door sales and service. Customer service at their main office was equally professional and very friendly. Thank you overhead door for a job well done.

Google5I recently purchased a home that had replaced garage doors about 2 years prior to selling the home. One door kept falling off upper track multiple times the first week of owning the home. It appeared to be an installation issue. The info and date of installation could be found right on the door. The company came right out and was on sight about 15 minutes and solved the issue. Customer service was great. Nicole asked detailed questions over the phone and they were out to fix it in no time. Thanks for great customer service.

Google2We purchased our garage doors, and the experience started well. The doors were installed and looked good. However we have an issue when they installed the doors their installation team cut corners and did not make sure the load supporting members of the garage were secure, as we were backing our vehicle out of the garage the garage door fell onto our car. I contacted overhead door and they came right out to look at the problem and fix it, however this is where the problem lies. The door and car suffered damages i was told by management it was our fault because it looked like we backed into the garage door while backing out. I reassured them this was not the case the door fell on top of the car and there was no damage to the inside of the door only a compression dent on the outside of the door and a scratch. I emailed them again they came out and said it looks like one of the old support members gave way and that was not their problem, I asked well I hired you to install the door professionally. I was then told they dont check that if it was there before they just re attach to the same structure assuming it is OK, i wonder what they do with new construction homes and still not their issue and sent me a quote for 2 new panels. The buck was always being passed as if it was our fault they have very poor customer service skills after the sale so buyer beware, I guess this company and the ownership is only concerned in lining their pockets and not doing a proper job. I own my own business and this would never pass as good customer service in my company yes unfortunately mistakes happen and you need to take one on the chin I know I have because right is right and wrong is wrong. I would not recommend this company due to poor service after the sale, and I will make sure everyone I run into know not to use them.
