Yelp5I chose them by looking online. I was a walk in at their office. Polite, knowledgeable young man assisted me to pick out my product. Before I arrived home their project estimator called and made an appointment to come out. When he came out he fully explained what I had chosen and how they install the product. But he went further. He showed me some maintenance/repair we could do that would make the post installation even nicer. We did those things and are so happy with the results. We had three companies out and in price, care and communication Fort Wayne Door exceeded them all.

They were able to get me in last min before a holiday and did great work. What else could I ask for!!!! I'll always call them 1st in the future

Google5Fort Wayne Door is wonderful! Our garage door spring broke this morning. I called Fort Wayne Door when they opened at 7, and they had someone here to fix it that same morning. Hayden did a great job and even serviced the door after installing the springs. The garage also sounds so much better when it's opened. Thank you!

Yelp5Wow. Class act business! Skip the big guys, call this locally owned business. Super nice on phone. Was set up for same day service. Tech was running behind on another job and they called to let me know. They were happy to still come same day. I suggested them coming the next day as I had something I needed to do. They called the following morning as promised and were here as expected. On my initial call in I explained the issue with our opener and asked for a ballpark. They actually gave me a ballpark, unlike the other big companies. Very reasonably priced and they were happy to hook up the sensors I had on hand correctly as opposed to trying to sell me new ones. The tech was very courteous and pleasant. He even got everything "greased" up and explained to me how to do that myself. I asked him to change the burnt out bulbs and he was happy to do so as I couldn't reach them. A+ folks and A+ business practices. Happy to have a working opener again after spending hours trying to fix it myself, should have called them first. Keep up the great work.

Google5From my initial call, I was impressed with Fort Wayne Door's professionalism, range of products, and reasonable prices. They were able to schedule me in quickly, stayed in contact with me about the job, and coordinated with me about the arrival of the technician. Aiden, the technician, was pleasant and friendly, explained the process clearly, did a beautiful job, and made sure that I understood the new system. I was very happy dealing with Ft. Wayne Door and would do so again!

Google5Hayden Smith, the tech sent out onsite, and Fort Wayne Door did an excellent job. It was an emergency repair, they had Hayden out the same day, he went above and beyond on the repairs and we can't say thank you enough not only to Hayden but also to Fort Wayne Door. Been doing business with Fort Wayne Door for well over 20 years not only at home but also with the businesses I've worked at over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Rest assured the team at Fort Wayne Door is going to take very good care of your business or residential needs! Their prices are very reasonable and their work speaks for itself! Google5They were able to schedule a same-day repair of our garage door (broken spring). They arrived on time and we're done quickly. Hayden was professional, efficient and courteous. The price was right too! We will definitely use them again.

Yelp1I ordered my garage door on August 3 and was told it would take 3 to 5 weeks to have it installed because of Covid. When I hadn't heard from them after 4 1/2 weeks I called and was assured my door would be installed that week or the following week. Four weeks later I still had not heard from them so I called again and the gentleman just kept saying COVID-19. Another week past and I never heard a word so I canceled my order. I called another company and had a door installed in eight days.

Yelp1Told me they would try and make it on Friday to repair my door. No promise made and they didn't make it so said they would be out to fix it on Monday. After waiting all afternoon they called to say they wouldn't make it at all. Needless to say I will use someone else. No follow through and poor communication.

Yelp5Excellent quick and professional service. My garage door spring broke over the weekend and I called Monday morning at 9:30am. They had someone out and the door was fixed by 12:30 the same day. Paid less than I expected as well.
