Google5Conley was awesome! While doing a routine service on my furnace he found that it had a capacitor That was not functioning Properly so he made me aware and repaired the issue for less than $20. I'm so thankful to do business with people with integrity!

Google5Hayden showed up only two hours after our early morning call for service on our non-operating heating system. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within an hour. Very much appreciated as it was single digit wind chills at the time. Hayden was polite, professional, and efficient. I continue to be impressed with WC Borchelt! Thank you!

Google5Hayden was very polite, respectful and fixed my bathroom vent pipe in no time. Showed me before and after pictures and I was very happy with the job he did. He also made sure the vent had a proper ventilation. Kelly kept me informed on when I should expect the crew to come and was very efficient with putting me on schedule!

Google5WC Borchelt came today (the coldest day ever!) within 2-3 hours. We had a service tech SO polite and informative as he worked on our furnace for almost 2 hours and got my 2009 furnace up and running. He also spoke to me about their yearly service policy for our heating and cooling system. His name is “Boston” and 3 cheers to him and his professional service. I want to sign up for the service, as I have been using WCBorchelt for years now and I’ve recommended them to friends and family. I think it’ll be well worth my years subscription! Thanks WCBorchelt and Boston !!

Google1If I could give zero stars I would. They measured the duct work wrong. Then they did the estimate wrong. Then they lied to me. On top of that they destroyed a stink pipe and messed up the roof jack. For said stink pipe by grabbing on to it to walk a floor joist to do the estimate. The individual bared down full body weight and almost face planted as well taking the stink pipe with him. When it actually came time for them to do the job. The first apt was canceled and a no show by them. Then they rescheduled. Believe it or not a second no show no call. I would not be trusting ANYTHING with these people. By the way I took the time to write this while dealing with the repairs. So I paused. To spare other people grief. Below you will find my handy work and the duct work all sealed and ready to function by myself … the homeowner. The guts of the duct work was repaired REPAIRED not replaced by a friend of mine who is retired from the HVAC Profession. Pic 1 repair. Pic 2 repair of duct work. THEY said it couldn’t be done. And replacement would be needed. Third pic is me the homeowner whom insulated and encased the duct work for a nice finish. TOTAL JOB TIME 8 HOURS start to finish with overkill on insulation and encasement of the duct work. There price quote was questionable at $1500 plus and I was told “not really sure on the price”. Then I was also told “not really sure but guessing 24 man hours to do duct work “. I don’t need guess work. I certainly don’t take kindly to the attempt to rip off me a homeowner. Spare yourself the headache. Look else where.

Google5The installers were knowledgeable and professional! As well as courteous and helpful. Everything went seamless on their end. I have never received unsatisfactory results from WC Borchelt and sons Inc. I will use them again and again. They are highly recommended!

Google5Borchelt did the most amazing job on my bathroom remodel. They took care of everything from taking out the old cast iron bathtub and replacing it, new plumbing, electrical, and even drywall work. They were timely and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

The guys are really good at what they do and the owners even show up at site to check on the work. Definitely your local trusted plumber! Not to mention the reasonable price. Excellent services!
