They were very prompt and did a good job of replacing the broken spring on my garage door. The charged $292.50 and were here about 30 minutes to do the repair. And that price was after I gave them a 10 percent off coupon. I think that's much more than I've ever paid any garage door company to replace springs in the past, and it seems high for only 30 minutes of work. Rebuilt the opener and even had some sensors to replace some that had been broken and are now obsolete. Very professional, showed up on time, and did a great job. Just seemed a little expensive Services Rendered: Garage door opener did not work

I had called another company because they advertised everywhere they had same day service. They didn't want to show up until the next day so I called overhead door. They showed up in an hour and they even called when on the way. I explained to Tom what had happened, he immediately thought it was a gear issue and assured me he would troubleshoot and resolve. It took him almost an hour but he replaced the gear and sprocket kit, replaced a few rollers that were ready to snap, tightened all hinges, lubed everything you should, and tested. It's perfect now! Thank you overhead door for the quick response. Services Rendered: Garage door would not stay closed.

Overhead door scheduled an appointment quickly and gave me a fast cost quote. Unfortunately they did not have the springs I needed so the repair needed to be rescheduled for the next day. They did fix the problem at a reasonable price in the end. They do have a coupon on their website so take advantage of that if you can. Services Rendered: Replace broken coil springs

Late Friday my springs broke on my garage door. I went to their website and put in a request for a quote. About 830 or so Saturday morning they called and quoted two prices. One for Saturday, and another weekdays. It was about$60 more for Saturday. I opted for that. The tech showed up about 4 hours later and did an excellent job. Services Rendered: Replaced springs
