Yelp5I was leaving work and then all of a sudden my wife heard a loud noise in the garage. Never having serviced my garage before I had the unfortunate broken spring. Having a full house we go in and out of the garage quite often and never knew how important the safety of that door is. I got some quotes and Dave and Sabrina came back and responded very quickly giving that it was a Friday afternoon. Dave the manager was able to diagnose the situation upon the pictures I sent and was able to help me. He gave me a quote the same day and was able to do the service personally. Raynor Door Authority was professional, prompt and more importantly very understanding of my situation. Dave showed everything about my system that I didn't even know and also went above and beyond to make my system even better than it originally was. Thank you Raynor Door Authority for your help and I highly recommend this business for your garage door needs. Appreciate you guys!

Yelp5These guys were great. Quick to respond, on time, and accurate with a cost effective inexpensive quote. Spent time explaining maintenance on the garage door where a spring was replaced and oiled all parts. Richard, the tech, was very personable along with his apprentice. Small discount for vets and teachers.

Yelp5We got them referred by our home warranty company. We had a issue with our old lift master garage door opener. Authro did a great job and it works wonderful. In fact it is much quieter than it was before. Thanks

Yelp5I called 3 companies for estimates to repair what turned out to be broken springs. One was recommended by my Hoa so I assumed they'd be best. Raynor's rep was ten times more personable than the hoa's recommendation. They were the least expensive as well. He was very professional and patient. Answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend this company.
