Angi5As always, Russ is very responsive to our calls. When we called about the garage door he said he would be by to look at it, which he did and he fixed it. He didn't charge me to come the house or for fixing it because it was not a major job. He could have charged me to do the small adjustment he did, but he didn't. I really enjoy working with him and he is always the first person I call when I need something done. Services Rendered: We had been having problems with my garage door. I contacted Russ and he came out and got it working and didn't charge me for it. He came out the same day I called him.

Angi5It went fabulously! Services Rendered: My garage door was basically broken, falling off of the tracks and not working at all. He also fixed my garage door, which was not an easy task. He is a great contractor. He came to my house at 9:00 pm when I discovered the issue with my garage door and helped me to get the door to close. I also had electrical work done and they left a mess with my dry wall. Russ came in, fixed the dry wall and painted. You would never know there was any hole in the wall. I will be using him for any work I need done in the future. I also saw the bad review from a customer. It's the only negative review that Russ has gotten. I think the person was misguided and the review is totally off since I've used Russ for pest control as well and had a fantastic experience.
