I've dealt with Rob Shepard and Door Masters for over 10 years and I've never had anything but the best to say about the service and Rob's team. My latest interaction with DM was two years ago when Rob came out and replaced my keypad outside my garage. Whole thing took less than 5 minutes. 3+ years ago Rob replaced the springs and did a check up on the door tracks, all is working flawlessly. I don't call anyone but Door Masters for my garage door needs.

Rob was very helpful with our debacle. We ordered a garage door opener from Lowes and went through the whole booking thing with the Lowes application, needed to reschedule and then the application cancelled our appointment with no input from us. Called Rob to try and get this sorted and after some back and forth with them and Lowes we cancelled the Lowes install and just went with Doormasters. Rob came out and installed our garage door opener in an hour and half! He was very patient and helpful and very professional during this whole fiasco.

Rob returned my phone call quick timeframe and listened to all my issues with the garage door. We set an appointment to inspect the garage door. He provided me a very reasonable quote that I could not turn down. I approved all the work to be performed and also have a future update/upgrade that I am very excited to have this business take care of at the house. Door Masters did beyond amazing quality craftsmanship. These gentlemen earned my trust and business as long as I have this house.

They came out on service thru Lowe's installation problem. My door closer was installed by a different contractor. Nothing worked right. Door Masters completely had to reinstall everything. They did a fantastic job and when done, everything worked correctly. Extremely professional and polite. Would highly recommend.

You know, it's hard to get too excited about something like a garage door. It's this thing that came with the house that just works...until your teenager backs the family car into it in the dead of winter. That's when you need someone you can call to fix it right, and for a fair price. I've been living in my house for the better part of 17 years. I built it, so I know the names of the contractors who did all the initial work. Over the years, I've needed this or that done, and I've noticed that just because a company was good 17 years ago, it doesn't necessarily mean they're still good--or even still in business--today. So when I called Door Masters a year or so ago to replace my cheaper door with something nicer, I was relieved to find out it was still owned and operated by the same person, and that his company is still doing the same great work as it was two decades ago. He quoted me a fair price, and installed my new door on time and as promised.These days, with prices of building materials the way they are, and labor being so scarce, I am so thankful that Door Masters still has a sense of fairness, pride in their work, and that I can still trust them. It's not every day that you need something for your garage door, but if like me, your teenager backs the car into your garage door, you can be sure that Door Masters will do a great job for a fair price, and that has value, especially in today's marketplace!

I used Robb Shepard. My neighbor was using this service, and I was outside, and he stopped his truck and helped me pick up some recycling that had blown around. While he was helping me, I asked him question about my garage door, and he gave me great advice, and didn't charge me, and the advice worked. He is very knowledgeable. Services Rendered: I wasn't charged for his diagnostic service.
