Google56 stars!!! Everett is the “Garage-Door Whisperer” and Tira is the “Queen of Customer Service/Management”! What a great company! We’ve lived in Virginia for 7 years – own a home and have rental properties. We’ve had to hire contractors for various reasons…we can count on one hand the number of exceptional firms – Excel Doors is definitely one of them! Professional, responsive, courteous, quality work!!! The company also seems to care for its staff – these individuals have been there since our first call 3 years ago; plus, the company is closed on weekends, meaning the workers have Saturday and Sunday for personal time. Fantastic company! Highly recommend them for garage door replacement, installation and repairs.

Google5After dealing a garage door repair company that was awful for over a week and a half, our home warranty company assigned our ticket to Excel. After assignment, Excel called me within minutes and scheduled an appt for the next day. The tech came out right on time, had our door fixed within an hour, and even reset the closed door position to better than what it was prior. I didn't catch the tech's name, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

Google5Would highly recommend Excel Doors. Yesterday was New Years Day and I was in a panic - I hit my garage door opener but it wouldn't open. After a quick inspection, the top of the door split in a way that even if I disengage the tractor mechanism, I would be unable to manually lift the door. My car was trapped inside the garage and we had a big trip to leave for. I used to use Affordable Garage Door out of Stafford but none of their numbers worked so I called Everett using the emergency number. He called back in 5 minutes and was enormously helpful and reassuring. He gave me a window of between 10:00-12:00 the next day. He showed up at 10:00. There were multiple options - one being to install a new top panel - but it would have cost $400 for the panel alone. He ended up finding a way to use an angle bracket force the two split pieces together and it was far less expensive. The facts that he took part of his New Year's Day to talk to me, that he was so responsive, that he found the option that made him the least amount of money, and that he was so friendly has made me an instant loyal customer. Whenever I work with a company like this where the subject matter is outside of my sphere of competence, I'm always nervous as to whether the solution is really the right fit (and that I'm not getting sold or charged for things I don't need). I feel Everett showed his character today and it makes me happy to give him my recommendation.

Google5Everything about my experience with this company from first contact on the phone to the end of the job was excellent. Excel Doors was reasonably priced, prompt, very professional and went above and beyond to fix my broken garage door springs. The technician even found some things that were installed incorrectly when the door was put in and he fixed them at no extra cost. He also taught me how to use some extra features on my garage door opener that I didn’t even know were there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Excel Doors!

Google5Pleasantly surprised. Called them up Tuesday 2pm, they had a tech at my home next day 10am. The tech was Everet: he was punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job. Pricing was competitive, service was phenomenal and turnaround was lightning fast. They told me they could even have someone at my home same day. Definitely using them again in the future.

Google5I started hearing this beeping sound in my garage, and could not figure out where it was coming from. I noticed the garage door would not open, and with me being a Disable Veteran, I had to figure out why because I need a functional garage. I called Excel Door LLC, and they gave me a same day appointment and arrived earlier than expected. I found out it was just a circuit switch that tripped, and I felt so stupid, but the gentleman fixed the issue. Thank you so much for your outstanding service, I really appreciate it! Google5I had an issue with my garage door which was covered my home warranty & some of the issues I had was not covered. Mr Everett from Excel doors helped resolved the issue. Google5What a great company!! Everett arrived on time during the recent heatwave and knock out moving our garage door up to "go along the ceiling." We can't believe the difference in the appearance of the garage of how much larger it looks and switching out the ceiling mounted motor to a wall mounted motor. Also the turn around time from Everett coming out and giving the estimate to have the job completed was 1 week. Scheduling was easy. We fully recommend Excel Doors LLC for any work you many need.
