Google5Derrick Whiting from Overhead Door came out to fix my garage door . It was running slowly. He didn’t stop until my garage door was working properly! He was very polite and answered all the questions I had . He did an excellent job! I highly recommend Derrick Whiting from Overhead Door ! If I have any future problems I know who I will call . Google5I won’t go into details about what I did to my garage door to save myself from the embarrassment, but I am SO HAPPY that I went with this company. They were so quick to respond to my address, literally no more than (maybe) a couple hours from the incident itself. Derrick Whiting was my technician and he was AMAZING. He got it done in like an hour and was so detailed — you can barely even tell there was any damage to it. From the incident happening around 9am, it was repaired beautifully and I was out running my errands at 11:30am. If it ever happens again (and I definitely hope it doesn’t lol), I am calling Derrick at Overhead Door!!!! 10000/10

Google5Had Derek come out and replace the rubber gasket and mounting plate on the bottom of our garage door along with general lubrication and an examination. Service was fast, efficient and effective. Door is much quieter now, almost like a belt driven system (we have worm screw drive). This was our second time using Overhead Door and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Google5I cannot begin to describe how great the service provided by Derrick from Overhead Door Company was! One of our garage door springs broke in the middle of the night, trapping our car in the garage. Called Overhead Door and they came out the same day! They quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, they didnt have the parts on hand to fix it but they came out the next day and fixed it at a very reasonable.price. Derrick was super friendly, explained everything in detail, and answered any questions I had. If you are looking for a honest company for any of your garage door needs, please give them a call!

Google5Derrick quickly ascertained what was wrong with our garage door! He had the necessary parts and had everything fixed in less than 10 minutes. He explained everything step as he complained it, and he was upbeat and positive throughout. He even greased the parts and helped ensure a corner of the door that had been leaking a bit was tight. We were really impressed. I highly recommend Overhead Door and Derrick for any repairs you may need!
