Google5My garage door wouldn't close. Within 2 hours Brandon Vera arrived. (He had called ahead to say he could arrive sooner than originally scheduled). When he saw there was no electricity going to the opener, he checked the one thing I had not thought of - the plug for the overhead mechanism. It had somehow fallen out of its socket. In a couple of minutes Brandon had diagnosed my problem. Re-plugged it and then secured it so that the cord would not come loose again. AND, he did this for no charge. I cannot praise Brandon highly enough for his courteous professionalism, for his quick diagnosis/fix and for not charging me.

Google5Job well done for a very reasonable price. I called in the morning at 10. Justin showed at 10:30, done by 12. Very professional, knowledgeable and immediately understood the scope of work needed. I would recommend without reservation to my family and friends.

Google5They showed up on time and kept me up to date on the progress of arriving. Gave me a fair estimate and proceeded to do the work very quickly and professionally. The technician was very patient as I had to move a bunch of stuff from the garage. Both of my garage doors work perfectly and very quietly. Highly recommend them.

Google5Jon from Precision Garage Door was fantastic! He was on time and very courteous as he listened while I explained the issue I was having with my garage door. He knew right away what the problem was. After a tune up and minor adjustment of the sensors, the door is working perfectly! Jon was great and I won’t hesitate to call Precision Garage Door for any issues I have in the future.

Google5Brandon came out to our home today to repair our garage door and he did a wonderful job!! He is a very nice young man and very professional. He explained everything thoroughly that he needed to do. Also, our window of arrival time was between 10:30 and 2:30, and Brandon was actually here before 10:30. We were very impressed with Precision Garage Door Repair company from the scheduling assistant to the repair tech! We recommend them highly to anyone needing their service.

Scheduling the appointment through their website was quick and easy. On the day of the appointment, the technicians, Justin A. and his teammate, called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, which I really appreciated. From the moment they arrived, they were dressed professionally, extremely respectful, and walked me through everything they were doing each step of the way. They worked cleanly and thoroughly, even double-checking each other’s work to ensure everything was done right. Their attention to detail and teamwork gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the service. They made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up and even offered to answer any remaining questions or go over anything again. On top of that, they provided helpful suggestions to further improve the performance of our garage door, going above and beyond expectations. What stood out the most was their positive attitude. Yelp5Use this service. I cannot stress that enough. I got into a tricky situation when my garage door keypad stopped working and the remote was locked inside the car, in the locked garage. Serviceman came in less than one hour, and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. *phew* Kind and respectful, too. I'm a little gun shy because my garage has been broken into, so I have a pretty secure locking mechanism. A Google search indicated if it's not the keypad's battery, you need to call a repair service. So, I did. Such a relief to have it taken care of, quickly and easily.

After having a few other repair companies flake on us, Quick Garage Door came by on the same day, gave us a great estimate, and fixed it on the spot. I found myself scrambling as I was preparing for a move and to make matters worse, my garage door stopped working, which would have prevented me from moving in large items. I called Quick Garage Door Repair and Michael came right over. He only needed 2-3 minutes to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate. After I agreed to the price, he got right to work. He was fast and friendly, allowing me to focus on other tasks while he worked. He had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes and was on his way. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Yelp5Solid service - have used Quick Garage Door twice now. Once when a car went through the bottom panel of our door and most recently to replace an aging spring. Managed to save our garage door instead of replacing the entire thing. Can be a little tricky to get ahold of on the phone, but service and efficiency are great. Would highly recommend and rates seem pretty competitive with other providers in the east Bay Area.

Yelp5Usually I use this platform to complain about poor service but not in this case----- And, I'll save you the trouble of reading through all of my comments...- Quick Garage Door Service is HANDS DOWN the go to company in the Bay Area for all your garage door problems and if you need a new door, do yourself a favor and call Mike first!!! Fast, Friendly, and GREAT PRICES & SERVICE!!! We had a garage door come of it's tracks and stuck open 1/2 way and nothing I could do to either raise it or get it to close, I actually did more damage trying to close it, seperating the slats in the door and decided to call someone to repair it... I called the "better known" company in the Bay Area and got an estimate over the phone for $1100-$1300.00 dollars and decided to check on yelp to see what other options were available. I ran across Quick Garage Door Repair and called- Mike answered, he was on a job site and asked if he could call back, I said sure and really not expecting a call back. When he did call back, not only was he polite but extremely knowledgeable in what had happened. He asked a few questions and gave me a rough estimate over the phone for the repair, (much lower than the previous estimate), I was a little skeptical about this but his demeanor on the phone made me feel comfortable enough to schedule an appointment, he actually asked if I wanted him to come out later that day, but it was already late in the afternoon and I was at work so he agreed to come out the next morning. Not only did he accommodate my schedule, he showed up on time and ready to get into the repair. After spending a few minutes assessing the damage, he advised me on not only what happened but why it happened. After giving me an estimate on the repair, I agreed and the garage door was repaired and working correctly- in only a couple of hours!!! And for MUCH LESS than the other repair estimate, Mike even helped get some of the "stuff" back into the garage- who does that nowadays???... In a day and age when customer service takes second place to simply churning out mediocre work for high profits it's a pleasure to find someone like Mike and his company. Consider yourself lucky if you use this firm to handle you garage door needs. Mike, on a personal note- Thank you for the great service, it's nice to know there are still "good" people out there doing good work- wishing you much success!!
