Yelp5Jeimin is my go-to from start to finish. She didn't do the typical "Let's talk on the phone" / "Can I call you" / "I need more info, let's have a call". She gave me some options and a (very fair) price. Simple. She asked to come a day early - A DAY EARLY - and did a meticulous, professional installation. I have OCD and her wiring work and quality was top notch. Excellent communication, excellent quality of work, excellent value. Watt Welding and Installations deserves every one of the 5 stars. Yelp5Cannot say enough great things! We had to replace our old garage door openers, which finally quit on us after 20+ years. Jeimin was extremely responsive, suggested multiple new opener options, quoted us fair prices, and came out the next day to complete the installation (despite frigid temperatures!). She was very friendly and professional, and left us with fully functioning WiFi-connected openers that are so quiet and smooth to operate. Will definitely be contacting her again with future projects!

Yelp5We recently needed to replace our porch railing and contacted Watt Welding. Jeimin responded very quickly and we set up a time to provide an evaluation and estimate. She was very professional and knowledgeable on what would be the best course of action. After measuring the railing, she provided three estimates from minimal repair to total replacement. All three estimates were very fair in value and she provided a timeline as to how long it would take to make the new railing and set up a date to remove the old railing and install the new piece. Jeimin and a co-worker came out and did all the work, did a fabulous job, and we're finished within a couple of hours. She wasn't happy unless we were satisfied with the final product. The new railing was built of high quality material and made me wish I had found her sooner! We have gotten many compliments from the neighbors on the new railing and highly recommended Jeimin to them when considering replacing their porch railing. When it's time for replacing any metal railing, I highly recommend considering Watt Welding & Fabrication as one of your estimates, you will not be disappointed. Her company will always be my first choice for any future projects! Thank you Jeimin on a fantastic product you and your company put out!

Yelp5Jeimin did an awesome job creating a super slick hand-made railing for me!! She removed our broken, unattractive railing and replaced it with this seamless beauty! Most welders will only install prefabricated railings, but Jeimin was up for the challenge of making one by hand just based on a photo. It looks even better than the photo I provided. She is extremely talented, very responsive, and provided a reasonable rate. A+++++ Will definitely use again!

Yelp5I'll start off by saying that Jeimin was very responsive and knew exactly what she was talking about when I tried to describe the repairs I needed for my garage door. We were on a time crunch and she was able to come earlier than I expected on a Saturday for the repairs. She described everything that was needed to be done and also recommended some upgrades without giving off that pushy salesperson energy. The price was great and she completed the repairs very quickly. I will definitely used Watt Welding & Installations again for any garage repairs/upgrades in the future.

Yelp5I contacted probably close to 10 different companies regarding a broken front electric gate for our home for almost two months in the DMV area. Almost all of them quoted absolutely insane prices PLUS an estimate fee from $250 to $500. What insanity. Am I really going to pay around $500 per estimate for almost 10 companies? No. Ridiculous. Luckily, I contacted Jeimin via Yelp & she got back to me and worked her magic. Her estimate including how she was going to fix the gate was smart. Booked her right away after the estimate and price was insanely reasonable. I contacted her post-fix, and she responded right away. Higgly recommend. I don't know what else to say.

Yelp5They were amazing, responsive, professional, and thought of the most cost effective solution for me despite knowing that it may end up being harder work on their end. I highly recommend them for all your garage "fixing" needs. They were able to replace panels that were unfixable and fixed the panels that were. Saved me $2500 instead of needing to replace the full garage!

Yelp5Jaemin and her team were great - very responsive, flexible, professional, and reliable. They welded missing spikes and a gate latch back onto our wrought iron gate and installed a spring to make sure it swings shut. I will be using them again!
