Google5Gustavo answered my call and gave me a time frame of when he would come he showed up on time ,he explained to me what the issue was, and he was able to fix right then and there he did the job fast and was very professional

Google5Reached out to Gustavo and he stopped by a couple of days later as he was passing through Modesto. Had the parts on hand, and the tools and knowledge to quickly change out our broken torsion springs. He also explained to us how to maintain the components of the garage door and motor. Highly recommended. A++

Google5Gustavo immediately responded to my service call and did assessment on my garage door. He was much more affordable than the provider I had been using for years. He also provided me information on how to service my door springs to make them last longer. Use this guy if you need your garage door springs replaced or just a new garage door. You will absolutely not be disappointed

Yelp5I called on a Saturday night to have a broken spring replaced. Gustavo was here at 9am Sunday morning and had all work (changed out both springs) done by 9:30. Extremely friendly and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Yelp5I called a few companies to get only a voice mail. I called Fresno Madera Garage Door Repair and a real person answered the phone. They gave me a time window when someone would show and the person was right in the time window. The person wore a mask for his and our protection and the service was great. Yelp512:00 noon, husband put a ladder in the way of our garage door rail, with that said things went south from there! Hesitated to call for repair service during the Covid-19 outbreak in addition to being late in the day, but @ 4:45 we did! By 5:30 Gustavo was here and on a mission to repair the damage! Fast, friendly, efficient, reasonable and much appreciated! Highly recommended! Bookmarked for future reference.. hopefully to help others, but we know who to call if that ladder jumps in the way again!

Yelp5My garage door broke at noon (tension bar), I fiddled around with it for 2 hours, called at 2:30pm, they had a tech (Joseph) show up in 30 minutes later, had it fixed in 2 hours and was very informational about what broke. I wasn't home but my wife was, he addressed her by ma'am everytime and showed her what was broken. I would suggest giving them a call for your next garage door malfunction. The only thing was the guy who initially answered the phone could have been a little more welcoming.

Yelp1This company told me that they were coming out between 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock so I call around 2 o'clock to see where they are at and he said sorry my technician is running behind he will be there in 30 minutes 30 minutes past no one shows up so I call him he says oh he's 10 minutes away it's now 3:10 PM and nobody has showed up horrible and not reliable go elsewhere...

Yelp5This company is amazing. My garage spring was broken and needed to be replaced. I called them and was told a tech will arrive in 20 minutes. Tech arrived as promised. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that all my questions were answered appropriately. In less than 40 minutes, he was done. I will definitely be saving their number for future repairs.

Yelp5Had a broom sticking out on my garage door tracks, which in turn made the cables come off on the way down, bent the frame and made the door stuck at an angle. This was a Sunday, called this company, and within 3 hours had it fixed...even up here by the Casino. Great service, will highly recommend, and a plus that they can help on Weekends, Thank You FMGD

Yelp5Madera Garage... Thank you saving the day! Was about 3pm when my garage gave out and wouldn't close no matter what. Normally I could close it manually but this time it wouldn't budge. I started dialing various garage repair companies and was able to finally get hold of a real person who was able to dispatch a tech to fix my garage that evening! Thank you for fixing my garage so the family could sleep in peace!
