Google1So I bought a hot water heater online and had it shipped to the store in madera. They told me it would be here Monday, and it didnt show. Then they said Tuesday, but it didnt show. Mind you, I dont have a hot water heater. Then it was Wednesday, but alas, it didnt show. Then it was Friday, but guess what? Yep, it didnt show. So I call the customer service number asking for help and what do they tell me? It will be there tomorrow. So I tell the rep that if they can't get me one today, cancel the order. Im put on hold for a few minutes and then they come back and told me they canceled my order. They literally did absolutely nothing to help me. Im paying off my Home Depot card and canceling that as well. Ill take my business somewhere that actually cares. Insane.

Google1They are probably the worst Home Depot I’ve been to and terrible customer service I called ahead to check if they had a tool in stock and they confirmed that they had it after having to call multiple times because they didn’t know how to transfer the phone. Nobody knew what they were talking about finally I get transferred to the right person and was told they have several in stock even made sure it was the right sku# but once I drove 25 minutes out of the way and got there I found the person I talked to they walked me to the tool and saw they didn’t have it and the picture was already taped up and they said ‘’ that’s sucks I guess we don’t have it” then walked off

Google1Home Depot is my go to for all my home renovations and I’m there multiple times out the month . Sadly the customer service needs some improvement. While checking out the cashier Desiree was on her phone. Sadly, Society has lost the touch of customer service.

Google1I went to return a few items. After waiting for five minutes and watching an employee who was wipping her hands and the counter repeatedly, talking to her coworker that was assisting another customer(saying how ready she was to go home and what she was going to do when she got off) if she could do my return. (This was after she seen me waiting and continued to talk to another employee for at least three to four minutes.)She said yes you will have to wait your turn. She then started talking again to the only one of three working and grabbed another wipe and looked at me and walked away to go tell the other employee something about me because she immediately turned and looked at me. At this point I was furious. After a few more minutes Rocio came over and logged on to the register and I put my receipt on the counter at that point she walked away and told the other lady to help me. I asked her what Rocio problem was and why she was so lazy and had an attitude towards me. She responded that she just got back from lunch with an attitude herself!! I felt like this attitude towards me was because I am WHITE AND WAS WEARING A PATRIOTIC SHIRT!! Rocio looked at my shirt when i first walked up and laughed with a smirk!! I believe this was the whole reason for her actions!! I have been to this store at least 100 times over the years and never been treated or disrespected like this!! THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME COMING TO MADERA HOME DEPOT AND MOST LIKELY MY LAST TIME GOING TO HOME DEPOT! I DONT HAVE TIME FOR RACIST LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Google3The employees are great for the most part. Many go far and above like Amber, Terri and I believe her name was Patti at the pro desk. The problem I have is I bought hundreds of dollars worth of studs and none of them were straight. I’m never buying wood from Home Depot again. Just fyi some of the studs aren't even 3 1/2 inches

Google5Service was Excellent 100% many employees assisted us. Crow was more than helpful. Guides us to the proper isles. Found all items needed ., very approachable, kind and knowledgeable! He needs a raise! Or I hope you pay him well as he is a keeper!

Google5This place is like our Disneyland! Home Depot we are happy as H, E, double hockey sticks (LL)there! This last visit we got the necessary items in order for us to properly clean our butts after we drop a load or two. The girls were pretty embarrassed while we were there at the items we were getting but I explain to them would you rather clean your muddy hand with a dry piece of toilet paper or would you rather wash it off with some water? That muddy hand that’s cleaned off with a dry piece of toilet paper is what your butt has been all these years. We’re on a mission to clean Americans butts.
