Arrived on time, Identified himself, familiarized him self with the problem. Made the repair and because of less time charged less than the routine service call, also less than if I used Angies list coupon to have paid for regular call. Services Rendered: checked the door, alignment, track and the sensors also changed the light in the device.

I called in early afternoon and Ed came over in about an hour to diagnose the problem. He said that he did have some time and could fix it right away. He completed the repair in about an hour, explaining what he was doing and once done, accepted the discount coupon I had printed from the business site. He accepted my Visa card for payment. He was knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use this company for any future work that needs doing. Services Rendered: Replaced a broker gear and sprocket assembly that was causing the garage door not to open. Also adjusted the tension bar to reduce the door weight.

Based on the reviews on Angie's list, when we needed work on our garage door openers and new remotes for a home we recently purchased, I called garage experts. The office staff were great and Ed the repairman was even better! Super pleasant and extremely knowledgable, Ed got to work right away and knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked diligently and explained as he worked. He was reassuring that everything was working well, but noisily. I very much appreciated his honesty, professionalism and candor! Services Rendered: Provided and programmed remotes for garage doors and lubed & serviced the garage doors/openers.

I called the company after 2:00PM. The phone contact had to check with the repairman and called me back a few minutes later and told me the repairman would stop before the end of the day. Ed showed up about 2 hours later. He fixed the door it took about 2 hours to get the job done. First he had to get the door down then he had to measure and cut the cables and install them. This involved working with the springs, fixing one of the rollers that had come out because the door was caddy wompus in the frame and testing to make sure everything was working. He also suggested a new door which we desperately need and can't afford right now. I will definitely be contacting Garage Experts when we are ready to replace the door. Services Rendered: The cable on my garage door broke. The door would not close. Ed, the repairman, unstuck the door, installed 2 new cables and tested the door. Its fixed.
