BBB3Had a new garage door installed. Had to have them back twice for problems with the door. Door was installed incorrectly from the start and now they want me to pay for another service call when it was their fault in the first place. I would not recommend this company.

Google5I really like this company! Ian arrived on time, was friendly, and explained what he was doing and how to take care of my garage door. Their prices were more reasonalbe then the other 2 companies I had come out. And Joe was very nice and helpful also.

Google5Highly recommend! Professional, responsive and good work. Everyone in the office was easy to work with and polite. It is obvious that this company cares about their customers and the work that they do. Joe was phenomenal! He addressed every question and every concern even after installation when we had a little issue with color, he followed up, very appreciative of Joe. Can't say enough good things about On Track Doors. Very happy with our decision to have gone with them and highly recommend.

Google1On track installed a new spring on my garage door. The spring was the wrong size. On track put a hole in my garage ceiling. The door cable was causing dents and black marks on the wall of the garage. The garage door sounded terrible.The office manage was very rude. I had paid half of bill when the spring was installed. On Track said they would repair the ceiling. I did not want On track to do future damage. I had Mo Garage from Naples come and install new spring. I offered to return On Track's wrong size spring. Office manager said I should pay the last half of the bill of $350 in 10 days or they would send me to collections. I would not recommend On track door to any one

Google1Very disappointed with this company I bought my doors from them and my opener from them so I called them when my spring broke. There guy came out and I asked how much, he hesitated and I felt like he was guessing and told me 650.00. And said he don't have the part on the truck they will order it and call me back. Went on line and it said average cost is 250.00 to 350.00. Caled Angie's list and had estimates and went with someone for 250.00. I thought being sa repeat customer I would get there best price. In my opinion they where trying to rip me off. Will never call them again

Google5I put in a request online and was called back within minutes. The tech who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great repair. He even talked me through several other aspects of maintenance for my garage to prevent future issues. Will gladly use again if I ever need them.

Google5We hired On Track Doors to install a new garage door. Nick and Marcus did an awesome job. Both were very polite and personable and got right to work. Two hours later, door was installed and the old one packed up to take away. No mess left behind. Would definitely hire them again!

Yelp5Today I got my garage door spring replaced since it was broken. Got super speedy service for the spring replacement with setting up an appointment. The tech we had was Skip, he was super nice and quick and through. He didn't try to slam us with hidden fees when it came to replacing the springs, and he didn't try to get us to upgrade the door which was amazing. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure. And the work they quoted me in was super affordable. Thank you On Track Doors!!

Great quality door and connected to our keypad with no issues. Kudos to the receptionist, quick call back and scheduling. Highly recommend the company and their products.

Yelp5The back part of the garage opener unit fell off and was hanging for some reason...The company worker (Hugh-I think) made sure everything was fixed and that the garage door worked correctly.. He went above and beyond to explain how some things should work and what maintenance was needed going forward!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Yelp2They did the installation of the new opener fast and left. Only afterwards did I find that none of my remotes were compatible with the new, neither was the keypad and I am unable to link it to my car. This was not communicated with me beforehand or after the installation. I called and was told to follow the instructions and it should work. They offered to come and resolve this but I will have to pay again. Unprofessional to leave a job half done. Will not use them again.

Yelp2Very punctual, efficient install, and pleasant technician. However the liftmaster infrared or laser contacts were not bolted on, just clipped on, and vibrated loose within a month or so, losing tracking(?) so that oftentimes it took multiple times to get the garage closed. I had to pay about $75 for them to come back and realign it, which I don't think was appropriate. He insinuated we bumped it but we did not. Now it doing the same thing again a few weeks later so I guess this will be a lifelong problem and I'll have to learn how to align the contacts myself, which I find ridiculous. If you buy a liftmaster do NOT buy it with clip on contacts or you could have problems for the duration of your garage door opener's life.

Yelp5Hired to see if my garage door opener needed to be replaced or if a tuneup would suffice. Appointment was scheduled for 4pm and at noon I got a call from the service man stating he was in the neighborhood and wondered if I would like him to come early. Um, yes please! . In less than an hour, he replaced the wheels, tuned up the box and cleaned the sensor. Extremely friendly and courteous service and wore a mask the whole time. Highly recommend On Track Doors!
