Yelp2In response to the owners reply. Just to ensure all details of the situation are true and accurate. This was not an after hours service call as I received my paid in full invoice shortly after 5pm. It was initially explained from Mike that the labor to install the new panel was included after I questioned the pricing on what was charged. Also what type of business would try to insult someone's personal intelligence at all let alone post it publicly. Shows the true colors of a person when they go to this level. Keep pricing transparent fair and consistent and you won't have future opportunities. I would recommend to others to ensure you know what you are going to be charged upfront as they stated they would do and did not happen. Once again technicians that came out were great with no issues with the work. UPDATE: True colors of an individual come out as seen in the review. Business owner Mike thinks he can take a bully approach to solve his problems. What comes goes around definitely comes around. Others beware the approach this business takes on taking care of its customers and their surprise billing practices. I will not be responding going forward on Mike's responses as all can make decisions based off what has been submitted and owner's response. Opportunities happen in business and it all depends how you handle them and how you treat your customers. Have a good day! :)

Yelp5Called Monday and they came out Tuesday afternoon. Replaced missing bolt, lubricated and adjusted heavy duty overhead door. Completed job in short amount of time and very efficient. Would use again. Office staff and technician were very friendly. Thanks for great work. Judy B
