I thought this company was wonderful until they installed my door and I paid. I have written and called several times with problems or questions and NEVER get a response. There’s no support once your check clears! Would not recommend them , I wish there was a no star rating!!

The staff and manager were efficient, friendly, and comprehensive in the measurement, removal of old garage door, and the installation of the new one. The women I spoke to were polite , professional and funny , made my day. Speaking to the owner was like talking to an old friend , he is also fun. The two guys who came to install were great ! Professional and caring , left it better then they found it ! These people rocked from start to finish , great customer service and kindness. Scale of 1 - 10 they are a screaming 11 !! Called on Tuesday in by Thursday , can not thank you all enough , only wish I had need for more garage doors ! Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely unable to maintain a schedule. Booked job with me, sent me a confirming email, I took off a day of work for the installation. Had to call them because they were no show no call. They have a big commercial job and deleted me off the schedule. Scheduling is not trustworthy. Recommend you book with a reliable company.

I backed into my garage door with the hatch of my truck's cab which caused one of the rollers to come off the track. I called first thing in the morning and left a message. Dawn returned my call a bit later; she thought she could have someone come out late afternoon to assess the damage. Before noon Dawn called to let me know her guys were on their way over. CJ and Derick arrived and fixed the door straight away, and then noticed two other issues from installation by another local garage door company which they promptly fixed. I also asked if they could get rid of the squeal the door has made ever since they were installed. They did, and mentioned it was due to the other garage door company's poor installation. They lubed both garage doors, and when testing the door noticed a "knot" in the cable wire that pulls the door up and down which caused the wire to almost jump off it's track. Once again, this issue was from the other garage door company. CJ also informed me of regular maintenance I should perform on the doors, and told me about an issue related to normal wear and tear that I should lookout for in the future. He showed me and explained the issue that many garage doors have due to springs wearing out from normal usage. Now I will know what to look for when this happens in the future. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with today from Dawn who arranged the service visit to the two repairmen who performed the service was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. This company had great reviews which is why I called them instead of the garage door company who originally installed my doors. They not only lived up to the reviews I read, but their prompt and professional service exceeded my expectations. I will only do business with this company in the future!! I highly recommend them!

Very, very pleased with Adirondack Overhead Door. We had a problem with a garage door sensor, and decided to try Adirondack, since we had been unhappy with our dealings with Murphy Overhead Doors in the past. The difference in customer service was like night and day. Although the solution to the problem turned out to be rather simple (the eye beams were out of alignment), the Adirondack technician took the time to check the wiring for both of our garage doors and lubricate where needed. So different from Murphy! When we had a similar problem and called Murphy a number of years back, the guy took about 30 seconds for the "repair" and then took off. Subsequently, we had another issue with Murphy. So glad I discovered Adirondack for our garage door needs. Wish I had known about them years ago!

Got the best estimate from Adirondack Door. They honored the installation date and the job was completed as quoted. The day of the installation, the installer called two different times to let me know he was delayed on another job giving me an estimated time of arrival. He took time, even on his birthday, to make sure the doors worked properly making minor adjustments to be sure everything was aligned and functional. The day after the installation, one of the doors wouldn't close properly. I called the company and they sent two people to check the problem. Turns out I had bumped the laser eye at the bottom of the door which prevented the door from closing. Simple and quick fix. I highly recommend this company.

The sales man and the installer were great. Installer did a great job. Only reason I rated punctuality as a “B” is because they showed up a week early to install the door. The only change I'd recommend is to tell customer to contact company the morning of installation to try and establish a window of when installers may be coming. I liked working with them. The sales rep was very responsive to questions and offered a good price. The door is great. There was some difficulty pairing my slightly older car opener button to the new opener, but they supplied an extra part and it works great. They responded with 4 hours and replaced the spring so we were able to open the door. The price seemed fair. However, after I paid they added $5 for lubricating the doors. This seemed like a nuisance fee (after the fact) when I had just paid them $200.
