We want to express our appreciation and give thanks to the whole Garden Time crew Thank you Fred and Paul ( Carol loves her boulder landscaping) Thank You Jim, The Amish crew, Justin for your tireless construction work. The Ottens Boys are concrete "Magicians", and to Phil who had to work around Covid, the county new rules, more blue prints, my impatience, etc and finally arrive at completion day! Thank You for A Great Job and Beautiful Garage. Bob & Carol

Yelp1I took my mom here to get flowers. There was a guy who worked there, I'd call him a gentleman but I cannot, his mask was far down hanging around his neck. It was a prop for show as he hadn't even unfolded it. The man was singing and whistling and didn't care one iota about the people who came to buy flowers at his establishment. Ridiculous and disrespectful.

Yelp2We bought a plant there paid 46.89 for it ,and its not looking good and this is 3days after we bought it home. We called the store and the person who answered the phone said my boss will call you back never did. So they don't stand behind there products we will not shop there anymore.

Yelp1I bought a small tree from GT a few years ago in the early Spring so there were no leaves on the tree. I planted it and it never grew so I guess it was frost damaged. I spoke with the owner and he would not give me a different tree or a refund. I was surprised because every other garden center backs their products with a guaranty, at least for a few months. I never bought anything else from them but have spent thousands of dollars at other garden centers since then, so he ultimately lost money because of his stubborn, "could care less" attitude.

Yelp5After a terrible experience at Meads we went to Garden Time. Night and Day!!! The service was fantastic as they were so friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased 6 trees and all that goes with planting them. After our pool is in we will be landscaping it through Garden Time without a doubt. Gorgeous flowers, bushes and trees and you leave feeling great which is always a bonus!!! Thank you Garden time for making our house a home!!!

Yelp1GardenTime in Glen's Falls does have a nice display of sheds. But buyer beware!!! My folks recently bought a custom 12x20 shed there and had problems galore. I was with them when they placed the order and knew they wanted the side door in a certain spot. Unfortunately it was transposed in the wrong place on the final order form. My 91 year old dad and 85 year old Mom did not catch the mistake and now have a door which can not be used because it is next to a very steep drop off. I did give one star in my review because GT did offer to refund their down payment or have them wait another 2 months to have a replacement. After already waiting 2 months to have the she built, they were anxious to have it installed so they agreed to have it delivered. To add insult to injury, the side door is in operable. I went back to GT and met with Rob. It was apparent he could care less and told me if I wanted the door to operate properly it would cost Well over $100 in addition to the close to 6 thousand my folks already paid. He told me the problem was with the site and not his problem. The site was professionally prepared and leveled prior to shed delivery. Poor install in my opinion. Rob made me feel like a liar as well as my elderly parents. I have a property near my folks and will be needing several sheds. There is no way I will return to Garden Time in Glen's Falls. I'll have them built from scratch and have less headaches and a lot better quality. Two thumbs down to Garden Time in Glen's Falls.

Yelp1After buying for years at Garden Time on Quaker Rd in Queensbury, NY my husband tried to returrn a $6.99 plant that is dying. Watered & in the proper place. We bought it 2 weeks and whoever the woman was today in charge told my husband they don't take back anything bought 2 weeks ago. So I guess if you buy something there it better start dying right away. We have spent hundreds of dollars there. No more. maybe Frank should hang around there a bit more to see how snotty that woman was. I guess word of mouth which is really how Queensbury runs does'nt count. My husband has been a small business person here for years. Keep away-go somewhere else. Even Lowes is better than here.How sad they don't care about losing business for $6.99.

Yelp4My husband decided to buy me trees for Mother's Day. After having a bad experience at Meads, we took a chance on Garden Time (we want to keep our business local). The service was great! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery price was a little high, but the specimens were beautiful and well cared for.
