Google2We had overhead doors installed on Dec 31st Men were suppose to be here early morning, arrived at 2pm. The men did a great job, however with contacting Todd in the beginning we stated we wanted 1 door (right side of garage) all rails and opener left behind. It was in all their paperwork, however the men that took our old doors down, didn’t read paperwork ( not a me issue) and destroyed old doors, rails, and opener (again not a me issue) however to get them to replace what they destroyed has become a me issue. Todd said he would have to contact Mr Winship.. contact away because you owe our daughter a set of doors, rails and opener.. because we were giving them to her. Yes out doors we had replaced we’re older, however they worked very well on the right side. No damage to rails or opener, I used daily for years. We replaced the doors because the left side was bad.

Google5I called Winchip to service a Clopay garage door they installed in 2007. A spring had broken on one door. The owner himself returned my call and promised the repair would be done that afternoon. Our service technician called later in the day and said he could arrive after 5pm if that worked for us. Brandon diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation and efficiently repaired the door and replaced three other springs as a preventative measure. The repair took about an hour. Brandon was competent, friendly, polite and professional. A great experience and an asset to the company!

Google1We recently had winchip install a set of garage doors. I have never met a more unprofessional business in my life. We had scheduled an appointment, which my husband took the day off for, and they not only never showed, but never answered any of our calls either. Once they showed to install them, several weeks later, they complained the entire time about all the work. After doing an “ok” job on the installation, they just left and left all of the clean up for my husband, including nails and screws!! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. DO NOT HIRE!!

George was detail oriented and made it a point of going over all information needed to keep the beautiful garage door in working order for many years to come. Thank you! Keep up the great work! Google1Customer service is nonexistent with this company. A few years ago I purchased five overhead doors from this company. Today I went into the office for a part for one of the doors. I was greeted by a woman who I believe was probably a bookkeeper, and she told me no one was available to help me. When I asked her when someone would be there, she said she had no idea. I asked her if she could call one of her service trucks, and ask them where the part might be she told me no, that they were on job sites and busy. I told her it was very important that the door was in an open position and I can't secure the building she said to me what do you want me to do pull the part out of the air. I explained to her I had been a good customer in the past, and I didn't understand her lack of Customer Service and karening. A simple phone call was more than she was willing to do. In my years as a contractor, I probably purchased 20 + doors from this company. Her kurt attitude cost them along time customer. Thumbs down Windchip.

Google1Horrible experience, my garage doors were better before they came here, very unprofessional attitude the entire time, left garbage, tools, old screws and hardware all over the floor. I now have to take a 3rd day off from work to have another garage door company come out and fix everything that they failed to achieve

Google1This company does not stand behind the products they sell or the work they do. Back in July I had them install a new garage door and opener. The keypad stopped working back in September. I have called at least once a week, normally more, since then to try and get somebody to fix it, but they refuse to answer the phones or return messages. This is a very poorly run business and I would not recommend them for repairs or new installs.

Google5Great experiences with Winchip! Have had them service our doors a couple of times. Prompt and friendly. Most recently, the service men took the time to explain and show me how to DIY for the future. Appreciated that very much. Thanks for the great service!
