Yelp5It looks as though many other of Brewer Overhead Door's customers had the same experience I had... 5 stars! My clients bought another rental property in Granite Bay, and I reached out to a few different garage door companies to go over pricing and availability. Daniel had the best pricing, and was quick to respond, which is always nice. I wanted him to replace a garage door opener. He gave a courtesy call to let me know he was running early, which was more convenient for me anyway... it took him less than an hour to replace, and it works great! I will always keep him in mind for any other properties that need their garage door items repaired/replaced.

Yelp5Daniel has provided his services a couple of times and both experiences were great! This last time I called him after hours and left a message. Within minutes he responded and offered to come out the very next day. He is super responsive and so knowledgeable in his trade. He is also very honest and takes his time explaining the issue. Any time neighbors have issues with their garage doors, I always recommend Daniel!

Yelp5So grateful I/we found this business to replace our antiquated side-hinge, wooden monstrosity that shuddered until the left hinge completely severed when opening. We inherited this 1984 garage door edition when we bought the condo, and it didn't even last a year. Enter a chain of misfires with local garage door businesses that ultimately led us to the best one, Brewer Overhead Door. The guy from the first company (name rhymes with "Petite") came on time for an estimate but then spent 15 minutes bemoaning that he didn't know we were asking him to replace an old side-hinged door and letting us know he'd need to orchestrate something akin to a FEMA hurricane response to get rid of it. His rough estimate came in $1,000 higher than what Daniel and Brewer eventually charged. Then, the "Petite" garage guy never sent the formal estimate as promised and vanished. Never called back. Never offered to help us prop the broken door when he was out here, so we could at least extract a car (or two) until it was replaced. Then, I called a Roseville-based garage door business that I heard about on 96.9 "The Eagle" during my morning commutes. The radio spot was pretty convincing. I filled out their online work request and waited. And waited. I then called the main number listed on their website, but only got a recorded message telling me to leave a message. So, that roadblock led me to another search and the proverbial "third time's a charm." Daniel answered, and it did so during what sounded like his work on another job. He was out the same afternoon, propped the broken door open so we could get the cars out, and came through with a super reasonable estimate - again, $1,000 cheaper than the first guy, who had just ultimately flaked. The door looks great, and the opener's sound is so stealth compared to the old one. All that's left is to paint the door to the condo association's specs. Thank you, Daniel! So professional, responsive, helpful, and fair. The best!

Yelp5My daughter bought a garage door opener and her dad instructed her to install it. It worked a handful of times and then stopped all together. I called Dan at Brewer Overhead Door and he came out planning to install another opener but he was able to install the original opener correctly and get it working. Professional service and very knowledgeable. Thank you Dan! Saved us money. I would recommend this company for honest work. A rare thing these days.

Yelp5Dan's the best! Quick, responsive, organized and affordable. I recently bought a home with a dysfunctional garage door so I called Dan when it completely quit working.. Dan showed up, did a temp fix to get it up and running until I made up my mind to replace the entire thing; door/tracks and opener. It works and looks great! I'm loving my new quiet functional garage door :)

Yelp5I have used Brewer Overhead Doors 2 times. The first time our garage wouldn't shut and then second time it wouldn't open. The first time, we were able to get the door working again. The second time, the garage wouldn't open even after a few days. Both times, Daniel was very responsive and was able to come out the next day or within a few hours. The first time Dan just did a overall check up of the garage door and all of its parts. The second time Daniel was able to diagnose a broken spring instantly. He had the part on this truck and was able to fix the spring on the spot. Both times pricing was reasonable and service was quick. Will absolutely use Brewer Overhead Doors for all of our garage door needs
