Angi5Shane and John are true finds. They made time in their incredibly hectic schedule to perform a service call on our gate opener. It’s not a brand they normally service or sell, yet out they came. (Was is the desperation in my voice, perhaps?) Our opener is two years old, had never been serviced (I didn’t know how to do it), and was making a pretty worrisome noise. In about 30-45 minutes, Shane and John had our opener operating more silently than a cat burglar (plus had installed two new batteries). They graciously and patiently educated me on how I could service the mechanism myself in the future and exactly what implements and lubricants I would need. Shane also provided a ballpark guesstimate of how much it would be to upgrade our opener to one of the quality devices he sells and installs, and explained, step-by-step, what the whole process would entail and what it would look like (and do) in the end. And, he did it with no pressure whatsoever. (In fact, I had to ask him!) I told him that if/when we decide to upgrade our mechanism, he’s got the job. A final note: Not only did Shane and John do a top-notch job for a price that was more than fair, they’re first-class human beings. Our entire transaction/interaction couldn’t have been more pleasant. I’m now looking for opportunities to sing their praises to others. Many thanks again to both of you, Shane and John! Angi5Shane at Rolling Garage Doors and Gates installed wood-look, insulated garage doors on our home. Our original doors were in poor condition and were improperly installed to begin with. We wanted to go with fairly high-end doors to improve the appearance of our home. Shane came to our home and reviewed options with us, and helped us select some very nice looking doors. The contract was clearly written and Shane made sure to stay in communication with us through-out the process. The most notable thing about our experience with Shane and his team was their attention to detail. Shane would not rest until everything little thing was perfect, even though this clearly meant extra time and effort on his part, showing a level of attention to detail, technical knowledge, and pride in his work that you don't often see. He also patiently addressed all my questions throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use Shane again in the future. Services Rendered: Replace garage doors and openers on our single car garage and two-car garage.

Angi5Shane Dalton, the owner of Rolling Garage Doors, came immediately and provided an estimate. He returned two days later with a newly fabricated spring that exactly matched the old one, plus the other new parts. He finished in two and half hours and the workmanship was perfect. The job was complicated because it involved a 37-year old heavy partitioned wooden door that couldn't be replaced. Couldn't have gotten any better service. Services Rendered: My garage door's spring snapped and the lift mechanism needed replacement.

Angi4Door is fine. Looks good. Works well. Installation appears very good. Contractor came when promised. My unhappiness, and the reason for lower than A rating, stems from having all the contents of the garage shoveled out into a heavy rain storm when I couldn't get the garage cleared fast enough to suit the contractor's time schedule. Extra time and expense on my part to salvage or replace the contents of the garage. Services Rendered: New roll up garage door.

Angi5Shane was able to repair our garage door and opener. Opener would not work unless you were right by the door. He fixed this then showed us some other things that were going to need to be done. He was not pushy. It did not take him long to fix everything as good as new. We are very happy. Definitely would recommend this company. Services Rendered: Fixed garage door and opener

Angi5My garage door wouldn't lock. Shane said he'd be glad to walk me through fixing it myself. I felt a little guilty, because I know this is how he makes his living, however he was so sincere about helping me. Since I was pretty bad at describing the hardware on my garage door, he suggested that I take a picture with my cell phone and send it to him. I did, and he called me right back. He explained the problem and walked me through the fix. I now have a working garage lock!!!! He was also able to explain to me how the garage door works, and gave me suggestions on how to extend the life of my door. He's been in the industry since 1991 and knows garage doors unlike anyone else out there. He is the best professional garage installer/repair person out there. I want to personally thank Shane for helping me, for FREE!!!!!!!!!! If you ever need any help with a garage door, do yourself a favor and call Shane! Services Rendered: It was amazing! Instead of coming to my house to fix my garage door, he instead walked me though how to fix it myself, for free!!
