Google5We had multiple issues with our double overhead door. Josh was able to assess the problems and saved us from buying a new keypad and maybe other parts when he discovered the new LED lightbulb I had installed in the main drive a few weeks earlier was defective and causing many of the issues. He also adjusted the spring tension so the door didn’t fall to the floor when disconnected from the drive, reprogrammed the PIN and got out car remotes to work. All in 1 hour! Thank you, Josh!

Google5Casey tuned up our 16’ garage door. Just a great guy to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and got everything working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to to call again and hopefully get Casey to do the repairs.

Google5Our installer, Casey, was fast and professional. He replaced the panels that were damaged by a falling tree. We have found the Discount Door personnel to be friendly and have had no problems with their products or service.

Google5I'm not done sharing my experience. I have used these guys twice. Both times, once for a repair and the second time for an installation. You can't get any better service than this company provides. If you are lucky to get Josh to be your service Technician, you will be very happy. He keeps you informed as to his time frame and when he will get to your house. Very professional and curious. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Google5Casey was great. He knew within 5 minutes what was wrong. Circuit board was bad. Installed new board and made all adjustments on the rest of garage door including tightening chain drive and rewiring sensors. Great job. Very happy.

Google5Over the weekend the spring broke to one of my garage doors and I decided to replace my 30 year doors with new ones. When I talked to Discount Doors on Monday, they gave me a quote in minutes and the doors installed the next day. The installer showed up on time and was very neat, organized, and professional. I’m very pleased with my experience and will be calling them when it’s time to replace my doors on my pole barn.
