Angi2The satellite dish removal went well so far no issues. I had tried to explain to the handyman that it was not possible to vent the fan to the outside from the eaves but he tried anyway. He ended up cutting a hole in my soffit and then breaking a hole in my bathroom wall. He apologized for this and fixed a portion of it. But then said that he needed to come back again and it would be an additional charge to repair the damage that he did and that the office would call to schedule another time. I waited and they never called so I called them. I was so upset that the owner of the company came out. He did apologize for the poor response and for the damage that was done. I was not charged for the repairs but I will not use this company again. Services Rendered: I wanted them to remove a satellite dish from my roof and vent the bathroom fan to outside.

Angi5Excellent workmanship and very fast response. A little more expensive than I would have liked but I was happy with the work. Services Rendered: I was trying to spruce things up for my daughters upcoming high school graduation open house. While painting the trim around my garage door I noticed a soft spot. After removing all the soft material I realized the repair was beyond my abilities. I called Mr. Handyman and explained my dilemma. They sent a repair man out the next day and he replaced the rotted lumber with new cedar and caulked around both of my garage doors.

Angi1He admitted that he didn't know what he needed to do to fix the garage even though he said he had a contractors licence and built homes. He twisted a few things and called it good. He didn't have tools in his truck to fix anything else I needed done except to cut a ceiling tile and place it. I had asked the price when I called and gave him an hours pay for the 45 minutes that he was there and then he informed me there was also a flat rate service call price also. I could have got a professional person who only fixed garage doors for a better price and had it done right. I own a business and get many things repaired and that price was exorbitant. You can have a licenced professional fix things for less than what they charge. If you use them you better have all the tools and materials you need for the job on hand. Services Rendered: He was supposedly fixed the garage door which still does not work any better than when he came and cut a ceiling tile and placed it in my drop down ceiling.

Angi5The company was prompt and efficient always answering my work order on the same day or next. They have been wonderful in sending me the same handyman to the house so that I feel safe and have established a relationship with him over time. The owners and the handyman are professional and have a meticulous attention for detail and customer satisfaction. I had several people tell me that the garage door was not going to be repairable, and within less than an hour Mitch had it fixed and looking as if it was never backed into. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Services Rendered: This company has done multiple jobs for me. They have repaired my garage door that I backed into with my car. They repaired a large drywall hole in my wall and did some interior hallway painting. They have installed a keyless entry lock on my outside service door and have repaired my dead bolt lock on my front door.
