I just had my Overhead Garage Door springs replaced this morning. One of the strings broke three days ago and "Rusty" (technician) came out the sane day and temporarily clamped the spring so I could use the garage door until he could order both replacement springs. Today Rusty replaced the spring and he was professional, polite and efficient. I give him and Overhead Garage Door Company "Five Stars" on their service. I will recommend Rusty and Overhead Garage Dood Company whenever I am asked to recommend a garage door company. Good job, Rusty. BFH

Spent $18,500 plus on these doors. Two years later, they still haven’t been replaced. Came with tons of scratches on both doors. Salesmen that I worked with is no longer with the company. Spoke to the owner assured me it would get replaced. A year later, I get a phone call saying that the door is finally in and they’re going to come and replace it. They show up it’s the wrong door.(Can’t make this up) another 6 months has gone by still crickets.

Overhead door was great to work with. Our installer Tony was super friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and showed me how to program the keypad before he left. The total time was under an hour for our install and he did a great job. Would definitely work with Tony again and I will be recommending Overhead Door Company to my family and friends.

Came in to match up a door spring for a dual spring setup. With it being my luck they didn't have it stock but then again Noone in town did either. David and staff's service and hospitality are second to none. They looked up a single spring conversion so that I could get my door fixed that day. Thanks again David

It was after hours of course. Seriously when people open the garage door is after five o'clock, when they get home. So, its after hours. I thought the price was fair. They did a really nice job. Services Rendered: To replace an spring. They got my door working again, because the spring had snapped, and it stopped working. They did an temporary fix, and they came back to install the new spring, because they had to order it.

Started my inquiry by E-Mail for the price, then called to set up the service call. Both employees were helpful and friendly. Service tech Shawn showed up on time to our appointment and was super nice. He listened to my issues, inspected the units and repaired them as needed. He made sure all my questions were answered and even helped to reprogram my remotes, lubricate the doors and set the limits correctly. Overall I was very impressed with the entire experience and was very glad I called for help. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again in the future. Services Rendered: Basic service call to find out why garage door had stopped working and have them inspected/adjusted.

They called me back first thing Monday morning and sent someone out that afternoon. He told me that it was a dangerous situation and the entire double door could have come crashing down. They were able to reuse the shaft safely, which saved money, and they also checked the other door, tightened some bolts, and oiled the mechanisms to be sure they worked well. Services Rendered: The end of the shaft over the door snapped, causing the door to get stuck partway down at an angle.

I had problems scheduling a service call. When I did get a time, the service person suggested a new metal door that would replace my existing wood door. I did not want to replace the door but rather just have it fixed. The service person stated it would be difficult to fix. He assured me that it would look good. I gave them a deposit of $600 which represented half of the cost of the door. After I sent the money, I was reminded by my neighbors that it would not look like a wood door and it would look like a metal door and provided examples of houses in the neighborhood. I emailed the company and cancelled the door, as my neighbors were correct in that it would not look anything like what I had and would cheapen the look of the house. The company kept the deposit, stating that it was their expectation. I went to another company who fixed the door to my satisfaction and installed a new door opener for about a third of the price quoted by Overhead Door. Services Rendered: I asked Overhead Door to come out and quote me for a new door opener and fix my existing garage door.
