Google5Fast service and quality work. I called at 10:00 am and he was at my house by 11:00 am with the repair parts. He replaced the springs and made adjustments. We were so happy with the results.

Google5The spring broke on my 24 year old garage door. I called them for repair service at 9.30am. By the time I arrived home at 10.30am the job was already half done. By 11am the spring was replaced and the door working again.

Yelp3I came in to get a replacement for a broken door spring. The lady in the office was hetting ready to leave for the day because the weather was bad. She told me she would stay open until I got there. I brought the old one in with me. She tried to match it, but it wasn't an exact match. I was able to return the spring for a refund when it didn't work out. The lady talked to me about a new garage door. I told her I needed a whole new garage. She recommended a couple contractors they work with. I would come back if I had future garage door issues.

Google5They came promptly when called, removed my 30-year-old opener, and installed a new one in less than an hour. Josh was professional and left no mess. I wish I had called them sooner rather than fighting with my balky door for several months.

Google5Our summer place is quite a drive from Sturgeon Bay and difficult to get to, but Michael assured me they were up to the task. We had discussions by phone and email for maybe a month. They made sure they got the smallest details right, and the fee for removing the old door was more than reasonable. They promised to remove old/install new in one day, they arrived right on time, then that's exactly what they did. Thanks a million!

On day agreed on service person arrived within minutes of prearranged time and was finished in approximately 30 minutes. Totally satisfied. Services Rendered: Adjusted raise and lower tension springs, lubricated all moving parts and adjusted stop limit at top and bottom.
