    The technicians are always polite, professional, and deliver quality services for a good price. Not to mention they're some of the only experienced techs in the area the actually know their trade.

    Customer service was horrible!! One of my spring doors broke for my big garage door so I wanted to replace both while it was apart. I gave the lady measurements for the spring over the phone per what they asked and got quoted a price for both. Dropped the spring off, then was called and told the springs cost was going to be way more for both so I told them to make just one then. Showed up to pick up my original spring and they one I needed replaced and the bill for the one spring was as much as what I was told two were going to be. Questioned the cost and was told "well I messed up" I said a call would have been nice and no response back and was rushed out the door. Won't be going back!

    Overhead garage door co. Of Green Bay was great to work with. The 2 young men who installed my doors where polite, good workers and cleaned everything up after installation. I would recommend this company.

    I've been to this location twice now. The building is long and the entrance is on the right side up front so use the first driveway. You enter a small waiting area and must dial a four digit number on the phone by the window desk. Someone will answer and come to help. Both times the help was very friendly and helpful. Although I couldn't get the part because of age, they gave me good advice on how to move forward.

    I have used OH Door for several different new construction jobs over the past decade. Usually they provide a quality product but struggle with customer service and transparency. This past winter, I requested their help to repair the poor workmanship of another local overhead door installer. In short, they communication was hit and miss, their timeliness was terrible, and their workmanship was abysmal. My doors are noisy, misaligned, and sometimes fail to open or shut. I have reached out to them via US Mail and by phone and have not heard back.

    I have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed. I called yesterday because my garage door would not go down. The woman who answered the phone suggested that, before they send someone out and I incur a service charge, I try to line up the lasers as one of them may have been knocked out of line while sweeping, shoveling, etc. She gave me detailed instructions on how to do that. I did it and the door works perfectly. I really appreciate this type of customer service!!!

    Came out the same day I called to measure the area for the new doors. Only 2 weeks from call to installation. Professional instillation and courteous employees. Very pleased with results. Price similar or better than other places I contacted.

    The "star" rating of 2 is due to overall experience. I called Overhead Door to come over and look at a garage door opener that was not working. The service technician that came to the house was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He told me that the motherboard for the opener was beyond repair and that a new motherboard part was not available, so I would have to get a new operator. He gave me all of the usual options, do it yourself, buy the operator and have them install or just get the operator from them and have them install it. I opted to get the operator from them and have them install it. Because I have two door operators and I didn't want to deal with two different remotes, I asked him to replace the other door opener as well. From my perspective, the service technician received 4 stars and I remove one star only because he made a huge assumption that I did not want the old openers. When he finished the job he took them with him. That night, my husband and I noticed that he did not leave the openers - so first thing the next morning, I called the shop and asked them to locate the openers and return them. The person that answered the phone said she'd check in the back and then get back to me. I never heard back from them. When it came time to pay my invoice, I included a note and explained how disappointed I was that my property was taken without my consent. I also explained that no one ever got back to me. Not surprised, I still have not heard back from the company -- even to express the fact that they might be "sorry" it happened or to offer some type of discount. So, the reason I give them a two star rating is simply because the leadership of the organization must not value the customer at all. If they did, then their employees - which are the most visible part of your image would have cared enough to AT LEAST call me back. Won't use them again...
