Yelp1The biggest mistake I ever made was using this company. Nothing was done properly. They are a joke. Beware. I would be happy to show anyone the mess I have.

Yelp2As other reviews mentioned, I was told by the "salesman" that it would take 6 weeks before signing the contract. It seems a standard lead time just to get the order. I understand that there are supply chains issues, but you would think they could be honest and manage expectations. I had to have some grading done before the concrete pour. I had the grading done in July,2022. Got a building permit in August, 2022. They did pour concrete in September 2022, and I had to pay cash for the concrete, they wouldn't even accept the cashiers check that I had purchased specifically for that purpose. Apparently they have a cash flow problem, and did not have terms with Carolina Concrete. The concrete finishers done a great job. After the concrete was poured, I was told it would be January 2023 before my building would be erected. I got an email in late November containing my engineered drawings, and saying to let them know when I got my permit. I told them I had my permit in August, and that I had emailed them a copy of it already. They sent an email the following day saying my concrete pour would be put on the schedule. I told them that they poured the concrete in September. That's where I am now. These folks seem to have a lot of scheduling issues. Be aware of that before entering into a project with them. I will update the review when and if they deliver before January. I'm not optimistic that they can deliver...update Dec 14...they delivered about 15% of the building material on Friday 12/9 and told me that the next progressive payment was due at that time since the building process "had begun". I payed the payment, and have not received a receipt as promised. They said they would be back this week with the rest of the material and begin construction. So far I've heard nothing from them.

Yelp1We based our budget on their quote, said they were going to bid on our project, then they didn't...TWICE!! Left us hanging and had to re-bid it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!

Yelp3Update....finally got it finished after 9 months & many lies & broken promises. Building is good, service from office staff is horrendous. Install crew was great, more than willing to work with me on any requests.

Yelp1Can't seem to meet promised deadlines. I was told in April 2021 that it would take 6 weeks to get my building built. They didn't pour the footers until October. The scheduler then told me it would take until January 25, 2022. Somewhere in their they hired a new scheduler who thinks it's acceptable to redo the schedule and pushed me off another 2 weeks. Now, the day before, they decide to push me off another week due to rain. Had all summer to get on it. Instead they wanted to blame COVID and now weather. Zero offer of compensation.
