Highly recommend for your garage door needs! I have been using Overhead Garage for at least 10 years now at 2 different houses and they are hands down the best garage door company around. Great prices,quick service, the communication is great and my tech Jim is a top notch, over qualified and the best service man I have ever dealt with. Highly Highly recommend and as always ask for Jim to be your tech!

This company is top notch. Rebecca is super responsive and the technician who serves the Winston-Salem area is very professional and attentive. I was out on a business trip and he was very courteous to my wife. They are totally honest and care about their customers. I totally recommend this company.

Other company said I needed a whole new door and it would cost 3k. Got a second opinion from overhead door and the gentleman (maybe Al) had the parts on the truck to fix it in one visit for a very reasonable price. Go with these guys

I am a Navy Veteran, and decided to go with a Veteran owned business and was not disappointed. Mr. Angel Rodriguez was very prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained everything that I had questions about. BRAVO ZULU!! They have gained a lifetime customer!

I called Overhead Garage Door company because my existing Garage Door opener stopped working. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and offered me two choices (repair or replace). I chose to replace the opener for $800. The technician didn't have the opener on the truck so he came back two days later to install it. The appointments went well. The technician was on time and communicated well. I would have given them a 5 start review except ... I noticed last night that no light went on when I used the opener. I called them today. Apparently, they don't put a bulb in the brand new $800 opener they install. Something about the bulbs breaking (I have a case of bulbs and the way they're packaged it's hard to break one). Anyway it's seems pretty petty not to put a bulb in a new garage door opener. I've added a copy of the door sticker and the receipt for the work. It's not good to claim that you never provided service for a customer when they can provide this type of documentation.. Downgrading my review due to this interaction.

The people at Overhead Door Company of Greensboro are a pleasure to work with. I especially want to single out Marco, who updated the wall mounted push button openers for our doors. He arrived right on time, and quickly and professionally replaced the switches. He then changed out a battery and a bulb, and lubricated the wheels on the doors. He was pleasant the entire time, and it would have been a good experience even if nothing had worked! He is definitely an asset for the company, and the next time we need service, we'd be delighted to have him return.

The counter weight spring of our garage door broke unexpectedly. We contacted the overhead door company and they scheduled a tech o be on site about 24 hrs later. The tech arrived as scheduled and provided estimates for repair providing several different options. The work was completed in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. We'll use them Again if we have further need!
