Angi5Everyone was friendly and professional! Services Rendered: Garage door failed at 7:00AM... Called Access and was provided an appointment at 11:00 that very morning! Repair was immediately achieved. Second time I've used Access with excellent results and service.

Angi2They never showed up. I called them on a Friday and was told that someone would be out the following Monday from 3-4 PM to inspect the doors and provide an estimate. On Monday, I took time off from work to meet them and nobody showed. No phone call or anything. I called them Tuesday morning and it appears they had no idea of the appointment. No idea where the disconnect could be. The lady on the phone was very nice during both phone calls and if it weren't for her they'd get a compelte F for not showing. I will have the work performed by another service provider. Can't comment on their price or quality as I never receved a quote or any work. Services Rendered: Provide Estaimate on repair and replacement of 2 doors

Angi5Outstanding. Very happy with the quality and customer service. Services Rendered: The technician assessed the issues and gave a detail estimate to get my garage door functioning again. After 2 more estimates, I went with them because of price and how much more detailed they gave me about the issues. I called and the same day they came out and fixed the door!

Angi3Technician came first time to assess the problem; he identified the problem, but didn't have the part with him. Made appointment to come back late the next day. Near the end of the appointment time, they called to say they would not be able to come because parts store was closed. I felt this inconvenience could have been avoided if they had checked earlier with the parts store to make sure it was open. Made appointment for a 3rd visit; technician came late, with the part, but was unable to make the repair, and did not understand what the problem was. Gave me his promise he would check into it and call me back in a few days. Never called, did not return my call. I ended up calling up and speaking to the owner, and told him I was not satisfied with the experience. He was kind and apologetic, and did not charge me for the 2 service calls. Negatives: I was disappointed at the lack of punctuality, at the inconvenience of staying home 3 different times (one of which was for nothing, since they did not show up), and in the end not having the repair done. I felt the owner could have been more responsive to what I think was a legitimate complaint. Positives: Both technicians were courteous and professional. I appreciated the fact that there was no charge for the 2 unsuccessful service calls. Services Rendered: Technician came first time to assess the problem; he identified the problem, but didn't have the part with him. For the second visit the technician came late, with the part, but was unable to make the repair.

Angi5Very happy with this company the punctuality, professional workmanship, and friendly service to half the price of there competitor. Thanks for a great job. Services Rendered: Called for garage door tension spring replacement at 11AM. Technician was scheduled to arrive between 1 - 2 PM. and arrived at 1 PM. After a quick visual inspection of the damage, and the decision to replace both springs, Greg pointed out some money saving maintenance issues, and finished the job under one hour.

Angi5Called for a remote that stopped working and needed basic maint. They came out same day. Hadn't serviced doors since installation 9 years ago. Russell recommended converting to torsion system from spring/pulley on both. Had conversion done on both doors, serviced both doors, rollers replaced. Gave an extremely high price, he called office for authorization to alter price. Still have a feeling it was probably overpriced at $670 plus tax. However, great service, professional, clean, doors feel much more stable and there is less overhead clutter after conversion, and I have a remote that works. Was nice to have it all done in one visit. Services Rendered: Have 2 single doors on double garage. Converted from spring/pulley to torsion system on both, serviced both, rollers replaced. New remote was programmed.

Angi5Called the office at 5:45 on the previous day. Expected to get a machine but got the boss. Explained that I had a usless garage door opener and he scheduled an appt for the next day. Tech showed up and indicated that the cost to diagnose and fix would be nearly the same as a new product based on part cost, etc. Suggested a new one be put in. i should say that he would have offered to at least look at it but Genie had sent me a couple of boards to try and fix the problem, but neglected to tell me that because I opened the unit it voided the service warranty. Needless to say, never buy a Genie and always do business with Access be cause in less than 24 hrs from the 1st call, I had a new, programmed opener in working condition. The tech even programmed the homelink buttons on the cars so that the openers could be used in the event the the other ones are in the shop. THis is the best service experience I have had bar none... Services Rendered: Replaced out-of-warranty, non-functioning garage door opener (Genie) with quality product (Liftmaster)

Angi5I was glad to get it done so promptly, and we definitely left it too long. A broken spring could be dangerous and by not servicing the doors we could have caused damage to the doors and openers. I was not expecting it to be so expensive, but apparently most of that was the parts; the pulleys were especially expensive. I asked how often we should get the doors serviced, and he said every 6 months but he explained that that involved snugging down all screws and using WD40 on the pulley bearings, which a homeowner could do themselves. A professional would only need to check it once a year or 18 months. He also said springs would last longer if you keep the doors open when possible. Services Rendered: We have two single garage doors which had not been serviced as they should have been. My husband noticed that the spring on one was starting to stretch so we figured we should get it done. The gentleman came promptly. He replaced one set of springs on the door we use the most and replaced pulleys on both doors. He also greased the chains for the door opener and tightened and replaced screws as necessary.

Angi5Cause of the problem not clear. Technician willing to spend time and effort experimenting with a potential fix, which failed. Spent 90 minutes trying to save the unit which had to be replaced. Work done the following morning. Both appointments kept on time. Cost of the new unit plus installation was very reasonable and professionally done. Both technicians were very professional. Would reccommend without reservation. Services Rendered: Called to repair malfunctioning garage door opener.
