Google5After 5 years, I had a garage door bind up. Track bent. Hinges bent. Cable off the spool. It looked pretty bad. I called Southern Advantage at 7:00am and explained I really needed this fixed today. Neil said he would come out before noon and get me taken care off. He professionally analyzed the situation and quickly went to work. No wasted time. He had me back up in less than 1 1/2 hours and charged me a very fair price. I can't say enough about the response and the service.

Google5Ive known Dan a few years now. We talk about life. He has done work for me for many years. Always exceptional work and quality. I dont call many people friends, but he is definitely one of them.

Google5After coming back from vacation, our garage door kicked the bucket. I called Southern Advantage at 1723 & Dan was at our home by 1800. And out by 1830. Mind you this was on Labor Day as well. He promptly fixed our garage and had fair pricing. Will be using this company again in the future.

Google5I called Southern Advantage Door to repair my garage door’s broken springs. I called around 3:00 on a Monday, and the owner had a tech out the next morning. Trinidy was on time and even sent me a text when he was on the way. My garage door was fixed and serviced within an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Angi5Staying at my son's house with kids while he was out of town. Large metal garage door spring broke last night making door completely inoperable. Door was so heavy I couldn't lift it even after releasing the sliding lock. Both cars stuck in the garage and no way to get children to school. Had to call a neighbor to take them. Went to Angies List to see recommendations and Advantage Door had an "A" rating, plus they had a sticker on door so they must have installed it originally over 7 years ago. Called them and someone was here within 2 hours. Repaired it in half an hour. Very professional, responsive, and fairly priced. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Double size metal garage door. Large spring broke while lowering door making it inoperable. They came out almost immediately and repaired it at a very reasonable price.

Angi5Two weeks ago, our garage door wouldn't open. We called Southern Advantage Door for an estimate and they came out the same day. Once we decided to use them, we asked them to come out and remove the old door and hardware immediately, which they did. Our door was a special order and took two weeks to get in stock. It was received on a Friday. I got the call Friday night and the appointment was scheduled for 1pm today. They arrived precisely on-time - 1pm on the dot. The new garage door was installed by 3pm. The installer, Trinity, cleaned up after himself with care - not a single screw or bolt was left behind. When the job was done, the owner, Dan Lyda, showed up to inspect the job and bring our invoice. The final price on the invoice matched the quote to the penny. We couldn't be happier! If you're in our area and need a new garage door or opener, give them a call! Services Rendered: Remove broken wooden garage door and mounting hardware, install new metal garage door and support hardware, connect to existing garage door opener.
