Angi1My Garage door spring needed replaced. I ATTEMPTED to use Premier to replace the spring. I never received a response to my voice mail that was left. Angi5First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. I highly recommend this company and will hire them should I need them again in the future. Services Rendered: Repair/replace garage door opener.

Angi1Horribly. I bought the deal - including prepayment - and was never contacted by the provider over the course of a week. I tried Angie's List messaging. I also tried calling and got no answer - and their voicemail was full and not accepting new messages. In the end, I gave up and had Angie's List refund the payment and went with somebody else - how got our door fixed in the same day (even though I called them at 4). Services Rendered: Our garage door spring had snapped and made our door inoperable. So, I purchased the provider's deal here on Angie's List for a garage door replacement. The price seemed _great_ and I had high hopes.
