BBB5Technician Neil Ford was professional timely and courteous. He performed our needed repairs expertly and thoroughly and we are sincerely thankful. We have used his company in the past and experience the same great service this time as we did last time. We highly recommend Southern advantage doors for any garage door repairs you might have.

BBB1Contacted this company because they were recommended. Service guy told me he needed to come out to give a quote. He Assumed we were doing the service today and that was not discussed and when he seen we were not doing the service today he then says it's $40 for me to come out. I told him he never disclosed this information him and the owner are VERY Unprofessional and does not communicate well. Talk to the customer any kind of way or maybe because I was a female of color. I would not recommend then to anyone and I called the person that recommended them as well and told them what happened and they will no longer be recommending them to anyone.
