Jeremy was friendly and very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions regarding maintenance on my garage door. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair. Google1I had a ton of friends and family highly recommend JM Doors. I reached out to them for some work and initially they were quick to respond and super helpful. They sent someone out to quote me for work and I waited weeks for a return call and update. For no reason at all, they ghosted me. I called, texted, and emailed them for updates, it’s like they blocked me. If they didn’t want to do the work, they could have just let me know. For this reason, I will never recommend them to anyone I know going forward.

Their technician, Ryan, came out promptly, assessed the damage, and created a clear scope of work for the repairs — instead of trying to sell us a whole new door or motor like other companies did. After calling around, it was clear that JM Doors stands out for their honesty, professionalism, and affordability. Ryan’s problem-solving skills were impressive, and thanks to his expertise, we now have a fully functional garage door again! We truly appreciate the great customer service and integrity shown by both Ryan and the JM Doors team. Highly recommended!

Google5I highly recommend JM Doors. Communication Jeremy was timely and was able to get scheduled within a week to get garage panel replaced for a fair price. The tech Ryan was very prompt and professional and walked me through how to keep up and keep the garage door running smoothly.

Google5A very honest, reasonable, garage door installer. I was given a quote right away and was scheduled within a week. Wonderful communication and the installer was kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the electronics were working. They worked around my schedule and the old door was hauled away at no cost. Highly recommend.
