In response to Steven Bushey, Sir, you hired Hershocks in 2019 to service your aged fixed storefront windows and replace an aluminum entrance. We performed our work completely. Under this work order we excluded any work associated with the EIFS. The leak you are referring to from 2022 was one we looked at and we did not charge you for the visit. We saw the same unchanged EIFS condition that we witnessed in 2019. Hershocks is not an EIFS contractor. Our experience tells us storefront windows are not designed to manage water that infiltrates the top or sides of the window system. Storefronts manage water that enters the glazing cavity. In this case, the water is entering from the EIFS system outside the window system. We suggest you contact a waterproofing contractor with EIFS experience to address the aged EIFS system. This should resolve the leaks you are experiencing. We take service very serious and customer satisfaction is something we strive for daily. You took our conversation to another level and I will not engage with derogatory language or verbal abuse. We stand firmly behind our work and we are committed do what we propose to do. Very happy with the continued customer service from Hershocks! We bought glass doors for our reception area and after a few years, the door was a bit hard to push open for our clients. I called Hershocks and within just a few days they came and adjusted the door and it opens like new again. Sometimes it isn’t so easy to get service after the sale - but they were fantastic!

Came home and found the spring on the garage door was broken clean in half. Google Maps said Hershock's was the closest place to my house. Called them. They said they'd send a man out right away. That was less than 2 hrs ago and my garage door is fixed. The price was pretty much exactly what the guy on the phone said it would be. The technician (Randy M) was great. Cannot think of any way that they could have done any better 6/5 stars. Way to go Hershock's!

Not too happy with this place. Couldn't even get a quote out of these people. Called twice with detailed specs for custom windows and glazing requirements. Was told they would work on it. This would have been a $7K-$8K order. I guess it wasn't enough business to even get a quote out of them. Waited over a month for a quote and just never got anything out of them.

Had a great experience with Hershocks. Had first contacted another company not realizing they were based a distance from my home and would have to pay mileage for the service call on top of parts and labor. Found local Hershocks here on Angie’s List. Great communication, thorough explanation, no pressured sales pitch, quick scheduling, on-time arrival, friendly technicians, quality job. Installer called to set up time to do the work. He showed up a few minutes early, and finished early. He tested/adjusted the doors and opener while I was present. I'm (still) very satisfied with the work. My one issue is with the office. I was required to pay a deposit when I returned the signed contract. However, neither the bill presented by the installer nor sent from the office later reflected that payment. Frustrating. Hershock's previously replaced all my windows and back door. Good prices and great folks doing the installation. Services Rendered: Replacement of garage doors on 45+ year old house. Best price quote received for garage doors. Rep actually set up appointment to see the current garage doors and listened to my needs. He made several good suggestions (i.e., not the most expensive options). The bid was the amount discussed.

We discovered damage to our garage door late on Sunday night that we thought would require replacement of the entire door/track. We were in a panic because of the potential cost and because our home was vulnerable due to the jammed-open garage door. First thing Monday morning I called other businesses but I was told that it would be a week before someone could take a look. I called Hershocks and within 2 hours Tom stopped by, announced that it could be fixed, and one hour later Gene and Randy were at our house. In less then 45 minutes they not only fixed the garage door but repaired several other damaged items unrelated to the previous call. Then the bill came to about $182 which was $40 UNDER their estimate! Whereas the night before we believed that we would be spending one to two thousand dollars and possibly not have a garage door for at least a week we suddenly found ourselves with the door fixed for less then 1/10 of that.....and all before lunch! Great job guys! Our family is very thankful for your help. God bless! Services Rendered: Responded promptly and repaired a jammed-open garage door in a short amount of time. They also made several non-related repairs as well. The final bill was about $40.00 under the estimated price. Simply outstanding service.
