Google5Chris from Atlas-Cole door systems saved the day !! After having an unpleasant experience with a different garage door company who installed some components improperly , Chris from Atlas -Cole knew what was wrong right away. Chris was super friendly, quick and knowledgeable. We were very thankful he was able to help us. We will be calling Atlas Cole Door Systems from now on .

Google5Atlas-Coles installed 2 new LiftMaster openers at my home residence. As part of the installation they inspected my garage doors to ensure they were functioning and in good working condition but they went the extra mile, and cleaned the tracks and rollers, lubed them, and tightened rollers, lubed the springs, etc. The Atlas-Cole's installer did a meticulous job, and took the time afterwards to set-up the wall controllers, the wireless keypad and walked-thru their settings and how they function. I highly recommend them!

Google5Absolutely awesome service. Chris identified my problem right away and fixed it in minutes. He did a quick service to both doors and even took the time to help me set a new code on my door opener keypad. Could not recommend this company enough. Will definitely be using them for service in the years to come.

Google5My experience has been outstanding, my phone contact with Lisa was courteous, polite and professional, we set up an appt. that was approx. 1 week away, and they were able to move the appt. sooner to only a few day wait without the further expense of an emergency charge, again, an example of great customer service. The tech (Aaron) showed up on time as noted and was very articulate and professional, and was able to make the door completely functional until the new spring would be available. I highly recommend this business for servicing your garage or overhead doors.

Google5Our house garage door had a problem responding to the remote signals when the temperature would fall into the thirties. We called Atlas-Coles and were able to set up an appointment quickly. Ric came to service that troublesome door as well as four other doors on our property. He was friendly and efficient and able to fix the door with the problem as well as service the others. Now all our doors operate smoothly and quietly! We thank Ric for such good service! In addition, Lisa and Lynn in the office handled all our questions and scheduling promptly and were so easy talk to and helpful in figuring out what we needed. We highly recommend Atlas-Coles to anyone needing service for doors and openers. We were customers who purchased doors and openers from both Coles and Atlas before they became one company. They continue to offer excellent service in a friendly, competent way!

Google5The salesman, Paul, came promptly after my inquiry to the company and was very helpful presenting me with my options. The install occured within the time frame he said. The installer, Aaron, was on time and very helpful, even pointing out that one of my openers needed a new battery. The new garage door is working well and I am a very satisfied customer. Lisa was also very helpful getting me the liability and workers comp info that my condominium required.

Google5When I moved into my house, the garage doors worked fine, but there was no insulation, and light was literally shining through when they were closed—the seals were completely worn out. I decided to reach out for a consultation, and the experience was great from the start. The consultant really listened to what we wanted, had the new doors custom-made, and the installation went smoothly. That was a few years back and they’ve worked as advertised. I’ve also had a few service calls since, and the company has always been responsive. The technicians are excellent—professional, thorough, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. This isn’t the cheapest option out there, but you absolutely get what you pay for. The quality of the product and the level of service make it worth every penny. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Google5Paul & team came within a day I believe to provide us quote on new garage door, once we confirmed we wanted to proceed with them, they were here within a day to install and provided call updates on their end, price quoted was price I paid, - so far so good 😊 hasn’t been a week yet so assuming over next few years all will remain same and also install team great job of cleaning up once completed and took away old door, loved that they gave view of my house with door samples which helped us decide. Very pleased

BBB1Called Door Systems Worcester (formerly ****** Overhead Door) on 4/26/22 to repair a damaged garage door originally installed by the company. I was informed that since a panel of the door had to be replaced, a salesperson would have to look at the door and provide an estimate. The salesperson was 30 minutes late for the appointment on 4/28/22, looked at the door and immediately informed me they could not repair the door since they were not an authorized distributor for the manufacturer (******) and could not get parts.From Door Systems Worcester website: We also supply other major garage door brands as ***********************, Clopay Door, Amarr and ****** Overhead Doors. No matter the garage door brand you have, we can give you an after-sale service to replace a damage section or any part of hardware.Door Systems Worcester is not listed as an authorized distributor on the ****** Company website. They did not ask which brand of door I had (or check their own records from the original installation) and did not inform me they could not repair certain brands. It made no sense for them to make a sales appointment for this repair. Potential customers need to be aware of this business practice. At best, it is an extraordinary level of administrative ineptitude. At worst, it is an attempt to convert what should be a routine repair into a new door sale.
