I called Coles and arranged for them to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of a garage door at a rental property I own. During the phone call we had a detailed conversation about the type of seal, the width of the door, etc. When the technician arrived he was unable to do the work. His work order just said "replace weatherstripping" so he did not have the part needed for the bottom of the door. He said that the office would contact me to reschedule the service call. I did not hear from the office that day or the next day, so I called them. I was told that they were trying to get in touch with the technician to find out what part was needed. I then did not hear from them until 12 days later when they contacted me to reschedule the service call. By then I had arranged for another vendor to do the work. In summary, they were unable to do the work on the scheduled date due to their error. I contacted them 2 days later and was told that they had not yet been in contact with their technician. I then heard nothing from them for an additional 12 days. Services Rendered: Replace the rubber seal on the bottom of a garage door

The workers arrived on time, did a perfect job of installing the doors, and the left our garages cleaner than they were before the work started. During the installation, they had to make various adjustments because our garages are fairly old. These adjustments were made skillfully; in fact they were not at all noticeable when the work was completed. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday morning. One of my garage doors was getting stuck when opening and after cleaning out the tracks I realized that the board that attaches the track to the wall partially came apart from the wall. It was beyond anything I would be able to fix. Job was completed in about 1hr and 15 minutes. Board has been reinforced. It was also identified that I also needed new springs, cables and pulleys. This was an honest recommendation, not someone trying to make more money. My garage doors open/close so much smoother now they are like new. Honest company and honest price. When my garage door stop working, I called and they sent a technician out. I was told that my opener was so old that there were no parts available to repair it and recommended installing a new one. No charge for that visit. The next day they call me to schedule appt. for installation which was quick (following day). First I was quote $375 including installation and tax. But on day of installation, I was told that the pulleys and railings have to be replaced too and was charged $50 for each pulley. The installer came earlier than the scheduled time (30 minutes) and was done 1 1/2 hour later. The final bill was $476 total including tax. Services Rendered: Replace old garage door opener by installing a new electric garage door opener, railings and pulleys.
