Google1Extremely disappointing experience at Lowe’s Manchester. My wife and I were pushed into opening a Lowe’s credit card with the promise of an extra $100 credit on top of a coupon, plus another $100 at pickup. When we returned, Manager Jen and salesperson Rahana refused to honor it and were openly rude. We had to visit the store seven times, and every interaction with this team was unprofessional. To make it worse, the same product was $100 cheaper online, and they still refused to price match. After the repeated dismissive behavior, we’re left questioning whether we were treated differently for reasons that should never play a role in customer service. We’re done with this store. Corporate needs to look into what’s happening here.

Google5It's just easier to go into Lowe's then Home Depot you can get in and get out they have mostly all the same products without all the delays and overworked employees with bad attitudes. I was surprised that they've added a clothing section to the store which is nice when you're working and you don't have time after work to go run over to Carhartt to pick up some more clothing.

Google5Jeanie Smith was so helpful. I showed her pictures and measurements of the work tables that I needed to get rebuilt. She figured how much lumber, screws, bolts, and anything else I needed for the job. I definitely recommend the Lowe's in Manchester. You won't be disappointed.

Google2The store is a great store to go to.I always have everything on stock that you're looking for but the pro desk that thing is something else the service is slow. There never seem like happy and they don't like to engage in conversation like how you doing. How's your day going? Or even have a good day, it'll be nice to talk to friendly people that like to communicate and help you out. I had a problem where I ordered a washing machine and missed my delivery date. Usually I go to the Lowe's in Cromwell, and they arrange to call and reschedule my delivery for me as we have a pro account. But this srote here in Manchester forget about it. The guy wrote down the phone number and sent me on my way and gave me his back and continued to engage in conversation with other employees that were standing there. Waiting for him to finish this transaction. So they can continue speaking on whatever they were speaking of. This was my first time with this type of rude behavior what a guy. 12/5 9:50am

Google5I prefer this store to find my go to tools, bulbs, plants and numerous other stuff. They are very well arranged and prices are also ok. You get to choose from so many options and the product quality is awesome as always.

Google1Nine days ago, I purchased a Grinch outdoor Christmas decoration at the Manchester, CT Lowe’s for $199.00. Today, I noticed it was on sale for $99.00, so I called the store to ask if they could honor the new price since it had only been a few days. I was first told they couldn’t because it was “past the 7-day window.” I then asked to speak with a manager, and was told that because I purchased the item in-store and took it with me, the system would not allow a price adjustment. The manager said my only option was to bring the entire 7-foot decoration back to the store, return it, and repurchase it at the sale price. As a loyal customer who has purchased everything from kitchen cabinets to building materials at this location, I was surprised and disappointed. It’s hard to understand why a manager is unable—or unwilling—to override a transaction or offer a reasonable solution, such as allowing me to bring in my receipt and complete the adjustment without forcing me to haul a giant décor piece back and forth. The lack of flexibility, customer service, and willingness to think outside the box was extremely discouraging. I expected better from a store I’ve supported for years.

Google1I placed an online order which after receiving the ready for pickup notice I drove half hour out to get my items. After checking in the clerk was struggling to find my order. Another clerk came over and told me the order was canceled that the item was out of stock. So after that good news I get a text thanking me for picking up my order. Finally the clerk held it together long enough to refund my money. This has to be the worst retail service I have ever received. I used to shop here.

Google5Cole one of the staff located at the registers up front of the store was very helpful. We needed a price check on an item that was on clearance and he went beyond to make sure we got the correct price for the item. Very professional and with a smile. He assisted us along with our transaction. Fine young man deserves to be recognized as a Great employee!!

Angi5LOWE'S WERE VERY EFFICIENT. WE HAVE A GARAGE WITH TWO OVERHEAD DOORS, BUT ONE HAD AN OPENER AND ONE DIDN'T. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. Services Rendered: THEY PUT IN A GARAGE DOOR OPENER.
