I had MCS Garage Doors come out for an estimate to repair a garage door damaged by power washing. Chris the repairman was super nice and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. I chose to replace the motor. The cost was very reasonable. Chris had a brand new motor in his van and was able to replace it immediately. He was also able to reprogram our old remotes as well as the new ones that came with the new motor. I highly recommend this business!

In an effort to support a smaller garage door company, I contacted MCS Garage door. I was made aware of the service call fee and scheduled them to come out. I took the assumption that the technician would be able to repair the garage door opener or come prepared with one to purchase and replace. I was told what the issue could be causing the opener not to function properly and given the suggestion to check with one of the larger well known garage door companies for part. Honestly, the technician didn't really come prepared to work in my opinion, just to "check it out". I have paid MCS $133.75 service call fee and I hired the larger company who does not charge a service fee if they can't repair. They also came prepared with a new unit in the event mine couldn't be repair or I wanted to replace. My advice don't waste your money, CALL THE LARGER COMPANY!
